Terrible service. Very young employees who didn’t acknowledge anyone as they came in or waited in line. When help arrived my, my order was made as requested but the other person cashiering gave my hand picked order to the person in front of me. After paying for my order I asked where my ice cream was, which is when they realized what had happened. The cashier then started to remake my ice cream asking the other person what it had been. It was customized with 4+ additional «add ins», which can be confusing especially when they weren’t the same person who made it the first time around. When I asked if he wanted me to repeat what was added and he told me no, proceeded to make mine in the wrong size, which he then corrected… But only once I got home did I realized he left out half of my «add ins». What a waste of $ 7.

Great service and delicious unique flavor combinations to try! I tried the new cake batter drumstick delight in a chocolate dipped nut waffle cone and it was unbelievably good! I so love that they use fresh made ice cream from their creamery and make your personalized ice cream right in front of you. I will never get ice cream anywhere else because theirs is so gourmet! Can’t wait to go back! I love cold stone!

Hey newbies, it’s OK. I know you don’t know the recipes and you just got hired, but have a little confidence.
My husband and I went here for a BOGO coupon deal and the new staff were totally inept and he got way less ice cream than usual. I can understand to a point but the service was completely cringeworthy.

I love ice cream! And Cold Stone is my favorite place to indulge!
This location is pretty great and has lots of parking nearby. There’s lots of other shops nearby so it’s in a convenient location. Also the building is beautiful. Outside is immaculately clean.
Inside is a bit on the small side and they don’t offer much seating but there are a few tables outside on nice days too. The ice cream is always well stocked and the store always looks clean on the inside.
The staff is super nice, bubbly and helpful. The lady with tattoos on her right arm is the best. Super efficient, friendly and nice.
In all, stop here for a sweet treat if you’re in the area. It’s totally worth it.

Can’t give a huge review here. My daughter is the fan. I had a taste of her ice cream, mint something. Tasted yummy. Can’t eat too much as the result is not good :). The location is clear and the staff were nice.

What happened?
I use to really like this chain. On my last visit, the ice cream really didn’t taste good at all. It tasted like toothpaste. Have they changed ownership? Recipes? Ugh. It could have been just me. But I think they were having a bad day or the temperature was off in the freezer.

Can’t really find consistency with this place. It’s just scooping ice cream… But every time I’m in here there are newbies who don’t measure the sizes according to what you order. Usually get Founders Favorite or Birthday Cake Remix, my favorites!

I freaking love cold stone!!! Their sweet cream ice cream is to die for. Paired with, strawberries, pound cake and whipped topping :) Party in the mouth! Being from Seattle, I usually gotta travel about 20 mins when I get the sweet cream craving but this one is conveniently located 5 minutes away from me. I see being the duchess of cold stone in the very near future!

What is there to say about Cold Stone that everyone doesn’t already know??? Not much… it’s the most delicious ice cream chain ever! I’ve never gotten anything but fast friendly service here even with all the staff turnover. We’ve gotten everything they offer over the years… ice cream, cakes, shakes, cupcakes… and it’s always delicious! Knocked 1 star off because it’s pricey and the singing makes me uncomfortable.

Who doesn’t love Cold Stone? I love their Cheesecake fantasy, but also love the fact that you can customize. My creation of the moment is their banana ice cream, with chopped almonds and coconut. The staff are all young, but they’re some of the nicest and friendliest around. You can either sit inside, or out. Love to have some eeesecream on a warm sunny day or balmy evening.

A cold stone is a cold stone, and this one has ice cream like the rest of them. Therefore automatic 4 stars. There is a very young staff, but competent. It’s usually clean and there are some nice tables to sit outside. Overall, nothing out of the ordinary, but you don’t have to be when you’re a Cold Stone.

This cold stone is conveniently located in the Mill Creek town center. Every time I come here there is a line, however the line does seem to move pretty fast. The people that work here seem very friendly. I normal get the Love it and make my own creation. YUM! I tired the Season Peaches and Creamery and I’m not a fan of that. They do have great signature flavors too. I have always enjoyed the Strawberry Blond, Cookie Minsters, Coffee Lovers Only, Mint Mint Chocolate Chip, and Oreo Overload just to name a few.
I still want to try their cupcakes that they have here.
