Great food. Been several times and each time the food has been hot and well prepared. My husband loves the Black Forest ham sandwich and I had the sandwich called The Hitterboth with pickles of course. Their soups are delicious. If you are in Mill Creek stop by for the best sandwich in town.

Love the wraps! I frequent this deli often. The menu caters to both myself as well as my husbands picky tastes. And the kids meal comes in a fire mans hat; how cute is that?! I really enjoy the turkey sandwich or the special BBQ chicken wrap. A few great qualities about this Deli are the location, in the Mill Creek Town Center, and you can eat outside on a sunny day!

I had the gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. It was the best! They have a wonderful menu. I am so looking forward to coming back to try something else! All of the employees are very friendly and have good knowledge of their menu.

This place was awesome… We got there right at closing but they still let us order. The lady was super friendly and personable– absolute sweetheart. We ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap and a gourmet grilled cheese and both were so delicious! great food. Will definitely visit again!

Wow. Great little place I just wandered into! I got the ½ sandwich, cup of soup; but I opted for the cheese bread with the soup. The crab bisque was amazing; the sandwich was amazing… I was kind of wishing I had ordered a whole! I asked for it to go and had a seat while waiting. The ambience was peaceful, before the food was even delivered I decided to stay and eat. My to go order was delivered by the cook – which I so loved – she was very nice. Don’t know if she’s the owner; if not, she’s a great rep. for your business! The cheese bread is fabulous! I will come here every time I’m in the shopping center. It blows the other eateries out of the water:)

The firestation gourmet deli is a great little sandwich stop with so much to offer. They are conveniently located on main street in Millcreek town center parking is easy to find and the service is amazing. The tomato basil bisque is the best ever. This is my new lunch spot.

Don’t bother with this place. They are only open when the mood hits them, the food is overprice for the quality and service rendered. I have found the staff to be rude and annoying.

The dining room was gross, full trash and overflowing in the dining room. The staff were sitting behind counter having a great time instead of cleaning. The sandwiches were so terrible we couldn’t finish them. I do not understand how this place is still in business with the food quality and eating environment. I was shocked as I was there along with my girlfriend.

Tasty food, pretty small portion for price. Wish they were open more or longer. Every time I’m in Town Center(Daily) it’s closed by 3 – 4, which is odd for a deli. I would love to recommend this as a good lunch option, but most likely the place isn’t open. Really Hope this changes.

So I’ve been here before they moved a little bit down the strip and I remembered it much better. I’m a big fan of supporting local businesses. Anyhow I will not be coming back. I brought my three kiddos in because obviously the lure of the firehouse is so strong. They were super excited to come. The women taking the order was the owner of the place. As I was ordering my boys were infatuated with the fireman statue on the ground next to the door. She interrupted me to tell me to tell my boys not to touch the antique statue. and they she seemed annoyed my 2 year old was playing with the bell on the door. So I told her. «wow, I thought this was a kid friendly place!» she replied that was the reason for McDonalds. Um… WOW! Why on earth would you put a small antique statue that obviously means the world to you on the ground within touch of small hands and then bark at the parents when their kids come near it?!! We waited at least 10 minutes for half a sandwich and a kids grilled cheese. There was no one in line after me. After about 10 minutes I went into to make sure they were still making it. I ordered a whole grilled cheese for my son as the kids plate for $ 5.99 only come with half. so for $ 7.99 you can get a complete grilled cheese. Anyhow they brought out just the half and after I inquired it they made up another half but never was the word«oh sorry about» that was muttered. Also, I ordered half a gluten free sandwich and the bread was TINY and cut in half of course. As for the taste. MEhhh. nothing special. Definitely not worth the wait or the money. Get a sandwich from Central market since you are next door. At least you wont have to deal with their«outstanding»(sarcasm) customer service. Plus the sandwiches at CM are Bomb!

Everything we’ve had here is amazing and the owner is fabulous. We trek over from Redmond frequently for the excellent service and best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. The bread is perfect in flavor and consistency, and doesn’t overpower the filling. The meat(at least in my favorite, the roast beef sandwich) is portioned very generously and is very tasty. The au jus and barbecue sauce are both spectacular. I recommend upgrading to the garlic cheese bread on any and every sandwich, and the bacon is well worth adding as well — not flavorless like a lot of bacon add-ins. Highly, highly recommended and definitely a place I’m happy to give my business to. Love it!

I came here yesterday with a friend for the first time. I’m not in the Mill Creek area often, so I never knew about this place until just yesterday! There were so many options on the menu, I had a hard time choosing what to get. I ended up getting half of a California Turkey sandwich, which was really tasty. My friend got a BLT, which she also liked a lot. The girl working the register was very polite and friendly. Our food was brought to us pretty quickly, which was great since we were both starving when we came in at about 1pm. Another employee was cleaning tables while we were waiting and assured us that our food would be coming out soon. We didn’t even ask her when our food would get to the table, so I thought that was nice of her to acknowledge us and our orders. There are a few tables inside, and my friend and I ended up sitting at one near the window. The deli is located in the Mill Creek Town center, so parking can be a bit challenging depending on the time of day you go and considering there are so many other businesses around. My friend and I had to drive around a few times to find decent parking, but it wasn’t too bad. I’ll come by again if I’m in the area.

My mother and I had the best experience at firestation deli today. We both ordered the veggie wraps and a cup of coffee. The lady who helped us made a suggestion to have balsamic vinaigrette on the side to bring out the flavors! Boy, did it! It was delicious and so fresh tasting! Also, she made us americanos instead of giving us a cup of coffee that she would of had to brew. That was the BEST americano I have ever had. I highly suggest both items. The staff was so nice and went over and beyond making sure we had a great lunch all while helping customers. I saw many other sandwichs I would love to try, and their chili looks delicious! Check it out if you are in the mood for a soup/sandwich or salad!

Ordered two Reubons both side of Potato Salad, over $ 26! When I questioned why so expensive, an extremely rude and obnoxious employee, think it’s the manager jumped in and basically said if I want it I could go! Wow, guess they don’t need the business and when charging more than any REAL deli, doubt if ever go back! So I got the order to go, sandwiches were loaded solid with sauerkraut, very little corned beef, so little I could barely find it and Zero dressing! So what we got was soggy, burnt bread, sauerkraut sandwiches and potato salad that was store bought. No wonder the employee was so offended about the costs inquiry, she knew I was being ripped off. Go next door to Central Market and get the ingredients that are quality and get what your paying for.

I tend to visit this place at least once a week for lunch with work mates. It is consistent and quick. The menu is never ending so if I ever decide to expand my horizons, there are a plethora of options. Worth a try… you will love everything!

My work orders from here frequently. The other day I called to add my order to an order that had already been placed by my coworker. The girl that answered the phone(forgot her name) sounded really annoyed because I was adding to the order and asked me in a snotty attitude tone if I had anymore orders to place? I told her«maybe, maybe not.» She didn’t like that but I didn’t care. I guess when my coworkers went to go pickup the order olé girl was up front and still being a bizzo so they just killed her with kindness. Better them then me. I don’t have time for people like that. Anyway, I ordered half the California Turkey sandwich and a cup of the Tomato Bisque. Soup is from Safeway so don’t let them fool you into thinking they make it. My sandwich was super soggy. I ended up taking the bread off and eating what was in it. Hate when that happens. I don’t think I’ll be visiting here on my own but If my work orders through them I might just stick to a salad. Hopefully the bizzo that answers will have a better attitude.

Love this place its amazing. Got the turkey bacon ranch wrap and its so good. Got the kid a ham deli sandwich on wheat bread with apple slices and fruit snacks. You can get a cookie instead of the fruit snacks for your kids. The price is high but food is worth the pay.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I completely disagree with the previous reviewer of Firestation Deli. IMO, they are the best sandwich spot in town by a longshot! I’ve been a fan for years. I Unilocaled them once before, but when they changed locations, my review didn’t transfer over. This is what it said, and I still stand by it: «Man, Firestation Deli makes the BEST sandwiches! I’m kind of a creature of habit when it comes to delis, and my standard order is usually Turkey & Swiss on some fancy schmancy bread, but I’ve ventured out at Firestation Deli before and everything I’ve gotten here has been spot on. The Tomato Bisque I had earlier this year was to die for. Caesar Wrap — Large, and very, very good. Good choice of dressing — some Caesars are so disappointing. Reuben — Tasty with plenty of sauerkraut and dressing. No skimping on anything. Then, there’s my beloved Turkey & Swiss. Today, I had it on a dark marbled rye. It may sound funny, but I love that they use shredded lettuce here! It annoys me when a sandwich just has a big ol’ leaf of lettuce on it; I usually end up picking it off because it doesn’t add anything at all. Firestation Deli shreds their own lettuce daily, and the result is a freshness you can definitely pick up on. SO good! I’ve eaten both inside and outside, and both are well maintained and clean. I love the seating on the side of the restaurant too, so if the sun is too much for me, I can still eat my lunch outside and be in the shade. Plus, my canine lunch partner, Moose, can join me and soak up some love, and maybe get a few crumbs.» Highly recommended!
