Rite Aid

Ok first of all, I want to say something. There is no problem with the store or the pharmacy, but one of the pharmacists. I called an hour ahead of time to order my prescription, after a somewhat lengthy «hold», said pharmacist told me my prescription would be ready. I arrive there at the drive up window, gave all my information, and I was told that «info was invalid, prescription order quashed» etc. I had to go inside to talk with them, and then I was told I never even ORDERED it, and my doctor didn’t give me a refill (which he did)! Never before have I had a problem even come close to this with any other pharmacy in my life! I do not recommend going to this pharmacy, specifically the person that works there!

Had to pay a 100 dollars out of pocket to get my prescription when I went to pick it up. I would not have had it filled had I known it would not be covered by my insurance but they did not bother to tell me until I was there. No I do not recommend.

Best pharmacy in the Mill Creek area. They give you personal genuine service and know you by name always! The girls here will go out of their way to find what you need or help find a solution if a medication or product is not in stock. Waits are never long and it is always a pleasant experience coming in and out!

I went there with my Vicodin prescription after getting my wisdom tooth pulled and never taking that drug before I did not know what exactly it would do, they were very helpful and knowledgeable the staff was professional and friendly, the pharmacist went into detail about the drug and the effects and assured me that it was safe and helpful. I will be sure to go there for all of my future pharmaceutical needs!

Please read carefully. i have NO problem with the people who work at this Rite Aid as cashiers/​stockers/​photo dept./etc.
Who I DO have a problem with is a particular person working in the pharmacy. There’s an unbelievable lack of care or urgency to anything performed behind this counter. I’ve witnessed first-​hand a young Asian woman who displays such open disdain for every customer who comes to the counter to either pick-​up a prescription or seek help getting one.
Just the other day a woman with two children was trying to get help and received nothing but attitude. The woman proclaimed that she’d been waiting at the drive-​thru for 15 minutes with no response from anyone in the pharmacy (I’ve witnessed extremely long wait times there as well). She then had to haul her children in (one an infant) and wait in a line to get rude service face-​to-​face. The woman told the pharmacist she would never come back. Cheers to her.
I do not understand where this behavior comes from. Obviously hates her job or just hates people. Get a new line of work. You single-​handedly lost two customers one after another in that line the other day. Who knows how many others have followed suit.
AVOID THIS PHARMACY!

I love this Rite Aid location. The employees are really laid back and play cool music in the evenings. The store is often out of stock of featured items but I shop here because I like the employees. They are nice, helpful and patient with people using coupons.

Save yourself the headache and go to Bartells or Walgreens located down the street. I would not recommend this location due to its service and lack of ad items being available. If you love Rite Aid though and want to shop at Rite Aid, the location in Woodinville by the town center is the one to go to.
