Simply HORRIBLE. My old phone broke so I was in need of a new phone asap. So I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s6 here, and was told that it is currently not in stock and will be shipped to the store within a week. Waited for more than 2 weeks, and it is still not here. Also, whenever I walk into the store to check the progress, the staff had really bad attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this store to anyone.

The phones themselves are expensive. Charge $ 40 for IMEI change, unless u buy the phone from them its free. They offer good deals for plan adjustments so you can get unlimited data for low price. It’s far away for me, they have other locations but this is the only location that can do phone modifications.

If I could give a negative review for this place I would. First off, don’t even think about calling in, they don’t pick up their phone. I called in the morning but alast no answer. When I went to the store in person, their phone was ringing off the hook, and none of the workers bothered to answer. They simply talked louder over the super loud ringing. There was only ONE worker available and she was talking super long with a customer, I’m guessing they were friends. They were chatting up a storm and the worker totally ignored her customers waiting. After half an hour, I asked her how long the wait was and she simply replied that she did not know and resumed chitchatting. When she finally got to me, she was no help at all. I’m guessing she did not have a lot of experience with phones. I waited about an hour and a half and got less than five minutes of consultation. I just ended up going to an at&t store afterwards, and they helped me with my phone problems in no time. DEFINITELYAVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!

They don’t know the stuff and they never anwser the phone! And I have to go back all the way down to ask them the rebate! They offer u cheaper price but later on steal you account info to report stolen, then they can the free new phone. I find out that when I want to change my SIM card in ATT and find out that my phone was report stolen

The HK lady had very serious attitute problem when I asked if they have unlocked iphone. The answer should be either yes or no. She told me no, they never have unlocked iphone. If they do, they would rather sell it to HK coz it worth 1000 usd over there. She even funny enough asking me to pay her 1000 so she sell me an unlocked iphone.(apple store sell for 649 plus tax) When I decided to say thank you and leave.(didnt wanna talk to mad lady) She started to threaten me that my bill is going to be up if I dont renew my contract with them by end of this month. I really didnt get her point of threat coz I havent had contract with them for 3 years already.

This place is Done and DONE!!! I have call hundrends of times to follow up with the rebate I supposed to receive two months ago. Of couse, they has NEVER picked up the calls. Therefore, I had to stop by the store in person. As I gave the agent my information. «Oh, the check was out two months ago.» As I said, I have called so many times. Phones were never picked up. I asked why NOONE ever called me regarding on this. Guess what? «OH, WEDON’T CALLGUESTSINDIVIDUALLY.» WTH!!! Convenience costumers to open plans with them, terrible follow-up services after contract is signed! TERRIBLE! I will not go back to this place at all!!!

1st of all that place does not worth a star, chineese, speaking chineese, they dont give a shit when a customer gets in the store, they dont say hello, or how can i help you, only one chick is working there wearing shorts and she dont even tell you ‘ll be right there with you sorry or any thing, you can just wait like a dumb, and they are should be authourized store, and when you ask them about the wireless service they say ohhhhhhhhh we dont know how to do it … damn that place, waste of time and gas

It took me almost 19 months to get the $ 10 rebate check back. The first time I was there, they said there was some problems with Accounting and asked me to come again a few weeks later. The second time I was there, they said my check was in the San Francisco office. I really don’t understand why my check was in the SF office. My phone was bought at Millbrae store. The third time I was there, the check was already expired. They needed Accounting to ammend the date. My contract was just expired. I want to get a new phone. So, I stopped by the store again. There was $ 9 credit every month on my bill. I asked the girl why I still get $ 9 credit and if I lose my credit when I get a new phone. The girl replied«I will find out after you get a new contract.» This is just lazy and not acceptable. Why didn’t she call AT&T customer service to find out the problems on the bill first?
