Food: Food tasted like cardboard. Ordered noodles and a tonkatsu rice bowl. Especially for the price of over $ 10 each dish, it was definitely not worth it. The tonkatsu pork had barely any sauce and we had to ask for more(in which the waiter was rude to us about). Service: Most importantly, service was HORRIBLE. I believe our server’s name was Gladys, asian lady with short hair and glasses. After taking our order, she mentioned there is a full bar. I requested a Moscow mule cocktail and asked how much it is, she replied coldly with, «We don’t have that here.» Lady. FULLBAR means serving liquor, NOT only beer and wine! Next, when the food was ready, she’d just toss it on our table like it was clothes she was throwing in a hamper. Extremely rude. And it doesn’t stop there. While eating, she would pass by as quickly as she could with drinks in her hands spilling all over the floor, nearly getting us wet. She didn’t even bother asking if we got wet or apologizing. Our carry on bags were near her clumsy spills. After that we asked to speak with their manager who came out only to apologize after hearing our complain. We only got a 10% discount but we did not want to pay at all. Long story short: DON’T come to Go Bistro at SFO. Don’t make the same mistake we did!!! WASTEOFMONEY, NOTWORTHIT!!! You have many more choices around the airport!!!

We ended up hungry at the SF airport and if there’s one thing worse than being hungry in an airport with few options, it’s being allergic to gluten and hungry in that airport. After checking out several of the snack shops, I stopped in here and asked the server. He was very friendly and told me the chicken curry was naturally gluten free, and he was confident about it. I ordered take away and it came out quickly, only about 10 minutes. The food was prepared well and had nice large chunks of breast meat chicken. The flavor of the curry was yum. Best of all I didn’t get sick at all, so the guy knew what he was talking about! Price is on the higher end, I think it was about 15 or so for the one meal, but that’s what you get at an airport. Overall not a bad place to grab some quick noms, especially for someone who hatez the gluten.

This place has made some good changes. The last two visits, I have been pleased with the service and quality. Good mixed green salad and the firecracker shrimp was delish. Spicy And yummy.

Edible. Poor quality Korean sauce. Nothing spectacular. Edible is as far as I will go. Give it a pass. This terminal is terrible for food choices. Eat ahead or bring take out. Hidden charges round off my review of this dumo

Pass, pass, PASS. If you’re hungry and waiting for your flight, do not come here. I repeat, do not come here. You may be better off eating at the next airport you arrive at, or even eating airplane food *shudders*. Heck, even the free peanuts and pretzels Southwest hands out may be more fulfilling than this. «Deluxe» appetizer sampler was a joke. We paid $ 15 for a plethora of items you could buy at the frozen section of Safeway and reheat yourself. PASS. However, we sat at the bar and our bartender was friendly. So these 2 stars go to him.

Small bar and dining area near the southwest terminal. Service was quick and so so. You come here to grab a drink and watch some games on their flatscreen. Not many beer options but a lot of hard alcohol. Price was decent. We didn’t have food, so I can’t speak for the food. Not very clean as the floor had this spilled and wasn’t cleaned up for the longest time. It smelled weird.

Disgusting and fishy. Couldn’t stomach even smelling it. Poor food. Worst I’ve had in awhile and I sent it back. The fried spring rolls had no flavor and I could barely stomach it. The shrimp fried rice was way to fishy, rice was undercooked and crunchy and the majority of people around me didn’t finish their food. Don’t go here. I rarely leave feedback and this was enough to steer others away.

Surprisingly good food. Quick, too. I ordered the Singapore Style Fried Rice; it was served hot and fresh. I was in and out in under 15 minutes(sat, ordered, ate, settled the check.) Like most airport food, it’s a little overpriced.

While I can’t definitively say this is the worst food in SFO. it’s certainly the worst I’ve had in my years of trafficking through this airport. Specifically, the Firecracker Shrimp was greasy, on stale rice and would have been almost flavorless if not for a mountain of ginger heaped on top. And the service is painfully slow. Make sure you’ve got at least an hour to kill if expecting to eat without rushing.

Food — 1 star Service — negative 2 stars This place is run by incompetent people. The food was definitely microwaved… frozen…then microwaved again. I could make better food with if I were blind and limbless. Only came here because it looked like one of the least bland places in the depressing Southwest terminal. Overpriced cardboard that tastes like sinkwater, made even worse by horrible service from a bald man.

Expensive, underwhelming, airport food. Grumpy, inefficient servers/bartender. Cluttered and disorganized dining area. The menu is asian fusion(mix of american, japanese, filipino). I opted for the traditional cheeseburger and fries. The burger is charbroiled, fresh thick cut lettuce, tomato, and onion. Thick cut freezer fries. Food was decent at $ 15.00. The service and cleanliness(or lack thereof) killed it for me. Before ordering to go, I asked the server how long the food would take because we had to board our flight shortly. He said«10 minutes…» After we paid, we were completely ignored for the next 25 minutes, until my bf asked status of the order. «5 more minutes,» he says… It really took another 10 minutes. I believe they totally forgot about us! Grrr… The dining area where we waited was a mess! Tons of tables needed to be cleared of trash/dishes. They closed off the back portion of the dining room to prevent people from sitting at the«clean» tables. The tables/seating is so tight you need to squeeze between seated customers to get through. DONOTCOMEHERE. SLOW, UNFRIENDLY, MESSY.

Airport food… how else can you describe it. It was either this place or a sandwhich place so might as well pick the one that is a bit more gusty… like«Oriental Oatmeal» This Asian-inspired fusion bistro is short of fusion and well… a bistro. However, hungry and having time to kill and showing Thursday Night Football there was no argument to eat here. When you are given a plastic fork and knife as your utensils you know your expectations shouldn’t be high. So I went safe and ordered the Korean bbq beef sandwich. You can’t go wrong with that right? well.it wasn’t Korean beef. It was just beef sauced to hell with teriyaki sauce and grilled. The best way I can describe this sandwich was that it was an «Asian» Philly cheesesteak. The bun was basically a sesame hotdog bun. HA. It came with a handful of steak fries and wanting some ranch, they didn’t have it! What? You have all these other interesting concoctions but no ranch? So I had to settle for squeeze mayo. hooray.

Fast service. Good portions. Fair pricing for airport concession. $ 14 for Chinese chicken salad. Good variety of food items under $ 15. More space than legend’s, which is why we ventured to find another place with more seating.

Descriptive phrase: Asian-inspired airport food to pass on. Go Bistro Asian Fusion Bar & Grill looks like a great choice for food at the SFO airport, but don’t be fooled. All I wanted were fried noodles, but their Singapore Style Fried Noodles($ 13) were just bad. Service was rushed and brusque too. Grab a bite somewhere else.

The menu is weird, but then again the food options here at SFO are whack to start with. But the reason why I’m bothering reviewing is to note that my oatmeal here was huge! I was here for breakfast and probably should have tried the Chinese fusion oatmeal(porridge), but I got the basic oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and brown sugar. It was fine, but noteworthy because it was a giant bowl for less than $ 10! It came with 4 slices of melon on the side, but unfortunately they tasted gross. Like they had been sitting around with the green onions or something.

I had time to kill… Of course, airport fare – however typical, however uninspired – is expected to lean toward the pricier side; and, begrudgingly, we accept it, whether sidling up or moving along. But, again, I had time to kill. And although my original intensions were to simply grab a tall cup of Peet’s and finish my latest read, Go Bistro caught my attention. Whether it was the tail-end of the Clippers’ game 7 against the Rockets or my growling stomach – most likely both, I’m sure – I took a seat facing the TV and ordered a bite. Not that a smooth café mocha and Toni Morrison were to take back seats – I’d finish both before my flight’s arrival – but Go Bistro seemed casual enough, nice enough, relaxing enough. And along with the servers’ smiling welcomes, GB’s menu boasted cheeseburgers, so why not, right? I’ll take the Go Bistro Burger and a Coke, thank you! Will you have had a better burger for $ 11.99(bacon an extra $ 1.99 and cheese $ 1.00)? Well, I would hope so. But your choices are limited here in Terminal One. At least Go Bistro has a few, tasty options to help pass the time.

Awaiting my flight home after a few days in Silicon Valley. I love Korean BBQ and thought I’d give it a whirl. The beef was tender and not over cooked. The rice was not a short grain sticky rice that I expected. Veggies were crispy but sparse and the biggest disappointment was NO gochujang. How can you have a Korean dish in SF without gochujang. Service was very fast and the food hot. I guess it was ok for airport food. But really just ok. And what, no chop sticks?

On a weekend trip to Las Vegas, I decided to stop by and grab a bit to eat. On the way to the Southwest gate, I saw this Asian bistro and wanted to stop as I’m a huge fan of Asian food. When you walk in, you’re told to just pick a table by one of the passing servers. They were a bit slow. I waited a few minutes to get greeted, long than normal wait times for things like water and condiments. The food came pretty quickly so that kind of made up for the odd wait times. For my meal I got the Japanese Curry, Tonkatsu Pork for $ 12.99. Breaded pork patty topped with Japanese curry with peas and carrots, garnished with pickled vegetables and almond slivers and served over a bed of steamed rice. The curry was a little too watery and not hot, more lukewarm. Also, because of the watery curry, the pork was not crispy. A little thicker curry could have gone a long way for this dish. Like the rice and the portions were big. Overall, an ok dish. This place offers a lot of Asian dishes for your enjoyment. The staff is alright and the overall food is ok. I don’t know that this is the top of the line however it’s an alright option for the airport.

There have been many atrocities in this world… the Nazi concentration camps, the killing fields of the Khmer Rouge régime, the Rwandan genocide. Now I wouldn’t be audaciously tasteless enough to rank the SFO Terminal 1 dining options on that list. But if the world was defined purely by what we eat, let’s face it… the selections here are bad and look even worse compared to the impressively renovated Terminal 2 where you can eat at the likes of Lark Creek Grill, Cat Cora Kitchen and Plant Café Organic. In contrast, I’ve had almost inedible meals at Max’s Eatz and Willow Creek Grill, so why should I have had any higher hopes for Go Bistro? It didn’t look impressive when most of the people at the tables were watching the TV screen and drinking at the bar rather than eating despite what looked to be a robust menu. It combined Asian fusion dishes with more standard American fare. So as I tripped over the roll-away luggage on my way to a table, I was trying to figure out what I could stomach before a late evening flight to San Diego. I think I goofed on my choice, the $ 12.99 Chicken Teriyaki Bowl(photo: ). I was presuming it would be a relatively harmless bowl, but it was strangely inedible. The chicken breast slices were rubbery, the sauteed onions strangely raw and the teriyaki sauce just plain strange with its glistening sheen more extraterrestrial than appetizing. I think they added thee cucumber slices and an overwhelming amount of rice to cover their central crime. Needless to say, I didn’t finish it and had to wait three hours until I was in my hotel room in San Diego before I could order room service. I hate when that happens. FOOD — 1 star… a teriyaki bowl that even Jack-in-the-Box would have rejected as part of their menu AMBIANCE — 2 stars… as with most airport eateries, it never feels like it was quite clean with passengers-to-be not at their most sanitary SERVICE — 2 stars… indifferent and perhaps for good reason TOTAL — 1 star… Go Bistro should be It Be Gone Bistro

Not the best food, but it does the trick… Sort of. I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Salad and some spring rolls before heading back home to Vegas. This set me back about $ 25 with tip. The shrimp tempura on the salad was actually pretty good and goodsized. The salad dressing was flavorful, but not overpowering and greens were fresh, crispy, and plentiful. If I would have ordered just this, I would be a much happier flyer. The spring rolls on the other hand were awful. Deep fried bits of prebagged grossness. They were cooked fine, but filled with a mystery goo that didn’t match the menu description of pork and veggies. I had one bite and decided not continue down the road of Asian themed ooze. Three stars for the salad and the service, which was awesome. This would have been a two star, but my server made sure that my water cup was full at all times. Plus my food only took about 6 minutes to get to my table.
