This is worst dry cleaning store I have ever been to. I gave them my clean but wrinkled shirts to dry clean, it was perfectly clean before I gave them. I just wanted to get rid of wrinkles. But when I got them back, I found that there is a stain on one of my clothes, so I asked them how this could happen, they just keep saying that it must be there before I gave to them, which was ridiculous. They said they can wash it again, but I refused and went to another store near there.

It would take a lot to get me to write a review of my dry cleaner in Unilocal, and New Wyoming met that standard. I switched to them because Consumer Reports wrote that the oxygen process gets the best cleaning results with no lingering chemical smell. I don’t know anything about the process, but it’s true. This place uses the process and the clothes come back looking and smelling cleaner. I’m writing now because they recently ruined a fleece jacket, and wrote me a check within a few days for the entire amount. Why send a fleece jacket to a dry cleaner? The jacket was pilling at the elbows, and these people somehow scrape wool and fleece garments to remove pilling and make them look new again. The did remove all the pilling, but unfortunately they shrunk the jacket.(The label has instructions for washing, and maybe they dry-cleaned it like wool). I showed them my receipt and got a check for the full cost of the jacket plus a refund of the cleaning. I can’t ask for more than that. I can’t think of any downside with the place. You can’t go wrong here.

My dry cleaner for a very long time. They deliver and pick up which is awesome. Good tailoring available. They are a bit overzealous if you have a rip or a stain and will call you before cleaning it. No problems in over ten years. Parking in front is limited. They have a 24 hour drop box as well.
