I redeemed the Groupon deep conditioning/cut/style voucher here and had a positive experience with Ken and the team. The head massage after the conditioning was awesome! I showed Ken a picture of the haircut I wanted and he delivered. He also made sure to show me how much hair he would be trimming. Quick and efficient service — you can tell he’s been doing this for a while! The friendly staff were an added bonus.

I just left my appointment and I’m furious. I came here on a Groupon and he cut almost all of my hair off even though I told him how long I wanted it to be. Then he didn’t know how to properly style my hair. I look like an old lady. It’s a simple blow out and part to the side and it looks horrible. If you have even slight ethnic hair, don’t dare come here. You’ll be pissed just like I am right now. Now I can’t wear my hair curly until I grow my hair out because it’s above my chin. My hair was down my mid back when I came in. Very pissed!

Yes, there may be a slight language barrier, but Ken provided me with a great haircut. He had me confirm length using a mirror before he cut my long hair into a shoulder length and was meticulous about both sides being symmetric. I came here for the first time with a Groupon and had no problems getting an appointment. Good service, friendly staff, and sanitary (when ken dropped the comb he was using, he immediately put it in the jar of blue stuff and picked out a clean one). Will definitely return. Took one star off because although prices are reasonable for the area, it’s still pricier than salons further away.

I recently redeemed a Groupon for a deep conditioning, cut, and blowout at this salon. After showing Ken a photo of what I would like to do with my hair, he was meticulous and methodical, showing me exactly how much he wanted to trim. He nailed the style perfectly, and blew it out magnificently.
This salon may lack frills and spa-like décor, but it offers superior service. In fact, Ken has approximately 30 years experience doing hair, and his expertise definitely shows in this exceptional cut!

Very nice people, but I’m sorry to say that I got an awful haircut. I think I didn’t realize at first because of the way it was blown out, but after I washed it I saw how crooked it was. I’m seeing all these reviews about what a great stylist Ken is… Is there more than one Ken at this place?

I bought a groupon for haircut and deep conditioning. I couldn’t be more happier with this place! Ken is very professional. He listened to what I want and did just the perfect job! The lady (too bad I forgot to ask her name) who washed my hair and deep conditioned my hair was so nice and sweet! I am so glad I found a awesome place that I will keep going there! Highly recommend!

just recently moved from the city and went to Salon La Mode by a referral from my neighbor. Could not be happier with my experience there for the first time. I will make an appointment next time instead of walk-ins because of 15 mins wait. But it was absolutely worth the wait. I’ve never seen a Salon with so many polish bottles to choose from, and they were willing to try on the colors until I was happy with the color for my nails and toes. Everyone was so nice, family environment and professional with personalized tools. Love it, love the town now I have found a salon for my family. Also will try out my hair with the hair stylist who did a wonderful style on a lady that day. Every customers seem to be regulars here or they were just to nice to everyone maybe.
