Very typical of most Starbucks(s), though this one is a bit on the small side. Service is good, coffee is consistent and the quality one expects from a Starbucks. Can get quite busy at times as it’s a popular joint. Parking can be tough, since its on the busiest corner in downtown Millburn. Suggest parking in the municipals lots around the corner if you are driving there and can’t find street parking.

I am a gold card member so I frequent Starbucks probably too often. This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to… everyone is entitled to a bad day BUT every time I come in here I feel like I am a bother. Here’s a tip, if someone says thank you, you should at least reply with something… If you don’t want to work, than LEAVE!!! There’s a ton of folks looking for work so trying to be a bit more grateful of having a job and customers willing to pay to keep you employed! So not only is the service HORRIABLE, their ability to make a standard frap is also lacking… To be fair all of my experience has been during the business week at lunch time so can’t comment on the staff working at other times… As for me and my friends, doubtful we’ll go to this Starbucks and weekday during the lunch hours…

I actually really like the vibe of this place. More neighborhood-y vibe than a lot of Starbucks. And it’s a fun spot to eavesdrop of fellow theater goers’ post show reactions as everyone comes here for refreshment after Paper Mill productions before heading for the train.

Parking stinks! Lines are long Especially when the kids get out of school on Fridays! The staff is pretty friendly but they close earlier then other Starbucks around which kind of stinks! The seating area is very small! My drinks are usually very good and the wifi there is good as well! It’s not that quiet but it will do!

It’s a Starbucks. Parking stinks. No where to sit. Forsure not stroller friendly. Considering most are moms with kids heading to the park. However like I said, it’s a Starbucks.

Consistent coffee. Friendly enough staff. Nightmare parking. The location is a bit small for the amount of people. The lines are a bit long, but move quickly enough. However, seating is fairly limited, so this place is better suited as a «to-go» establishment. The problem with the small location is that parking is so tight, that this is not a great stop for people traveling by, or those bringing strollers or small children. It’s set-up like an NYC Starbucks for locals and walkers, but Millburn is NOTNYC. Just a tough spot to get coffee on the go. They also seem a bit understaffed. The decision is to keep the line moving along, or to keep the place clean. They don’t seem to do both. When the place is flowing, it’s also adorned with sugar packets and crumbled napkins. When it’s clean, the line seems a little too backed up. They could be doing better. They could be doing worse.

My go to spot to chill and have a coffee. I usually go in the evenings, not in the mornings when it’s nutty busy. People who work there are great, just real cool people, in the midst often having to deal with some very difficult customers. Other than the OCD guy who sits in the corner all the time, it’s a great place to hang out and chat for a bit, and they don’t give you grief about bringing in outside food.

Long lines and not a lot of seating at this Starbucks. The location is the best, right on Millburn Ave in the heart of the town. The milk and sugar bar is in an awkward place too, the entire restaurant is just too narrow to make anything convenient.

Seems fine. The store is shaped oddly, long and narrow, which makes it a bit tight to navigate. The bathroom is right next to the coffee pickup area, and the seating is up the stairs in the back. But I guess the old downtown core is made up of older buildings, so you’ve gotta work with what you’ve got. The usual ‘Bucks offerings.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. EVER. To begin with, the employee who took my order MOCKEDMYACCENT, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked him what prompted him to make fun of my accent, not only I did not get an apology in return, I got more sass. He said that was how he pronounced things as well, to which I said I thought he was being disrespectful. He shrugged and I tried to let go, the only problem was instead of getting a venti iced chai latte I got a venti iced vanilla latte. Clearly, the problem is not my accent(which is barely there, by the way). The issue is a person that doesn’t listen because he is too busy having fun at the expense of customers. I am not returning to this establishment. Respect is the least I expect. I didn’t get it. THEEND.

Ahh Starbucks! Coffee for the masses… no bold taste but still very acceptable to my coffee palate. Hell, I drink pretty crappy coffee at the hospital but that’s because I have no other choices. Plus, I’d rather drink Starbucks instead of Dunkin’ ’cause Dunkin’s just watered down brew. The mocha I got was fine, but I wish they could get bolder flavors goin’.

I love Starbucks. Yes, it’s gone beyond trendy these days but it’s still one of my guilty pleasures. l aways liked dining in Millburn but visiting this SB is a bit of a disappointment. The coffee is always hot and staff is always über-friendly and they rarely get an order wrong but everytime I’ve come to this store, it’s always messy. No one cleans up and if you want to sit, you have to clear the junk off the tables yourself.

I generally hate Starbucks but this location is one of the few great ones. Their coffee is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and it’s in a great location.

I’ll admit, I am not a huge fan of starbucks coffee. But I do appreciate their coffeehouse layout and the ability to have a cup with a friend and chat a bit or sit with my computer and quietly enjoy the alone time. The thing that distracts the most of this particular location is that it is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in.

Got the strawberry crème frap… 5 hours later, i got diarrhea from it. This place smells like sewage. If you want clean and tasty and a bargain, better go to dunkin donuts…

Considering that this is pretty much the flagship of the main intersection of a crinkly, white-washed suburb like Millburn, I expect more. The coffee is standard, the place is small, nothing different from the average Starbucks in a travel plaza in Pennsylvania. Generally, though, the place is kind of dirty. I don’t know if it’s because it’s so small you notice the crumpled napkins in the corner, or if it’s because all these suburban mommies don’t know how to clean up after their kids. The people who work there are nice enough, and I’ve not gotten the wrong drink or anything, so… it’s fine. Nothing to see here. If you want to get a cup of decent coffee and hang out for a bit, try Rockin’ Joes, down the street. Much better atmosphere there.

I stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts solely for the fact that the staff at this particular Starbucks are super-friendly, sweet, and always make the long line zip by fast! The coffee is consistently good as well as the service whereas the staff AND coffee at both Millburn Dunkin’ Donuts as well as Rockin’ Joe(they SO do not«rock») are quite nasty.

Last time I stopped here was a very warm Sunday morning, and I was thirsty. I asked for a small iced coffee(I refuse to order a «tall» coffee when what I want is a «small» coffee). I was informed that they were out of iced coffee. «Out of iced coffee?» It’s a hot day. You have four people working behind the counter. Make some damned iced coffee. I asked if they could take some hot coffee and pour it into a cup of ice. They managed to do it for me, but the coffee didn’t taste that great, anyway.
