Your amazing work with difficult circumstances was so appreciated. No gouging us during this time of extreme duress. I would give five stars but only one person came to take the deceased person and needed help. Otherwise, all was extra ordinarily considerate, above and beyond what I hoped for, and a fair price as well.

Not only did they change my times of my services 3 times when they chose the times, they even took my loved one to prince street location even though I had asked specifically to go Blue rock location
For me, the one was within an hour of when I was supposed to be there with family and friends. They could care less about what the family wanted and more about selling merchandise and adding on to the bill.
Twice the lady excused herself to go into the next room where we heard her laughing and having a conversation with someone on the phone in Spanish, while we sat around waiting for an hour all together waiting for her to have time to Attend to business. If lives your deceased take them anywhere but here. If u want to be pressured into spending $ 20 000 this is the place for you. I couldn’t even get a final bill because we had to wait to see what the newspaper was going to charge.
My estimates bill and actually bill were $ 1000 different and i didn’t get the respect or treatment that I has received at any other parlor.
Go anywhere but here. !!!

Awful place of business! No one in their right mind should use this funeral home! They are very disrespectful in my eyes and totally non empathetic to grieving families! Will never recommend them to anyone!

Where another funeral home failed, Scheid excelled. They worked w/​in our budget and extraordinary circumstances, treated us and the deceased with respect, and gave us a feeling of calm we didn’t experience elsewhere. The staff loves what they do and see it as a service, they’re compassionate and caring at a time when you need it most. I can’t say enough positive things about Andrew Scheid and his staff.
