Chipotle Mexican Grill

paid 13 $ for steak bowl. asked for little more meat as they were giving very little. finally they charged as double meat.

I usually love Chipotle and this is my first negative review for any restaurant let alone one of my favorite chains. The girl serving us was very rude, and literally threw stuff into our bowls. She also skipped several of my instructions, dumped weird proportions of ingredients and appeared more interested in getting me and my mom over to the cashier than ensuring we were happy with the preparation of our our meals. This is hands down the worst tasting Chipotle, poorest quantities, and most terrible service among those I have been to.

WORST Chipotle in the area. While I understand their corporate objective to give customers as small a portion as they can get away with, this particular location follows that to a tee. Compared to other Chipotles, I would describe the portions as «puny» and «sad». It doesn’t help that the girl at the counter was rude. The customer before me asked a couple of questions about the food and she started rolling her eyes and responded very impatiently. This probably does not reflect the attitude of their entire staff, but sometimes all it takes is one bad apple.

Their counter was like a well-​oiled machine. I arrived to a line with 3 people ahead of me, and had my food and was filling my drink within 3ish minutes.

Chicken Bowl (⁵⁄₅) — it’s my go-​to. Maybe I’ll venture to other meats at some point. Watch out for accrued costs. I picked chicken because it’s the cheapest meat bowl at $ 7.25 or so, but ended up at $ 10something with add-​ons from veggies and guac (I believe). I do wish that it was marked on the line that those items cost extra. Water is available in the soda fountain at no extra cost.
There’s plenty of indoor seating as well as about eight 2 – 3 person tables outside.

Portions were decent but we went around closing time so they may just be generous because the food was going to be tossed anyway. The lady who helped us was so unfriendly and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. She kept looking around the restaurant instead of listening to our order. I think she was trying to get someone to bring out more rice for the next customers… But still, don’t ask me if you’re not listening… *_​_​_​_​_​*

Worst chipotle ever!!! Went to get dinner to go and the customer service was horrible. The transgendered person was so rude. She/​he man handled my food and kept throwing everything in the bowl like it was garbage. She kept rolling her eyes and was just plain rude. I don’t know why this person is so rude. She did the same thing to the person behind me and we both had an unpleasant visit at this chipotle branch.

Check your food. 10-​22-​2015 Coworker found a dead fly on her Burrito Bowl. Disgusting. Who knows where it came from. Outside, inside the mall garbage Bins, etc … Very unsanitary

Stopped in for an early dinner today and had great customer service. Friendly upbeat employees and the Chicken bowl was really good.

The first guy who helped me was friendly, the two other girls were just plain rude (I wasn’t rude, I was friendly and all smiles). Food wise: this location isn’t too bad or sometimes really good, but that day it was mediocre. One girl was nice to the person before me, so I don’t know what her problem was.
Customer service is everything, I didn’t do anything to you, maybe you’re having a bad day, but don’t take it out on people. Get yourself together, you’re at work.

They don’t have any cilantro in their rice, it was sooooo bland, I’m actually not expecting the usual dehydration that accompanies a normal chipotle meal. The proportions are really weird. I got more salsa than meat-​rice and i asked this one worker for a little less sour cream and she just Jackson Pollock’d my bowl. I know I asked for less but not so I find occasional specks of sour cream in my bowl.
That one worker really ruined it for me. All of your coworkers are smiling and kind, why you gotta be so rude? If you hate working there so much quit and stop handling my food with attitude, I didn’t ask for that.

Decided to stop by here for lunch and this place is not worth the money anymore. The portion has turned to shit. If I spend 16 dollars, I expect 16 dollars worth of food not half that. If you can’t fill the bowl then downsize the bowl size otherwise fill it to the top. I will no longer be supporting this location.

Service is poor. I just left with horrible service starting with girl taking orders. Rude and robotic and went too fast that she missed people’s requests and had to go back.
Then, at checkout, I gave Santina (register girl) $ 11.00 for food. The machine punched out $.94 in change and she proceeded to put it back in drawer. No smile or acknowledgment. She claims I gave her $ 10.00. I said $ 11.00. She gave me attitude and said no. I said yes. She relented and gave me change back with attitude.
My receipt shows she punched in $ 11.00 and I was owed .$ 94 in change.
Now, $.94 is nothing however the service was a fail. Could I have made a mistake? Sure. But the way she and her team (she acted like a supervisor) was very short of any sort of customer service.
I’ll do my best to avoid this store in the future which is a shame because the food quality is usually pretty good.

Chipotle is super bomb. One of the fave fast food type places I frequent. Interesting wavy entrance setup for customers to line up. Food pretty much tastes the same as any chipotle. Although, I feel the chicken was a bit more salty than other places. The portions are great.
**Do splurge on guacamole and also get vinaigrette! Must have items!** taste really great!
Bathroom use requires code at the end of receipt. Clean bathrooms are a plus.
Seating also available outdoors for the fresh air (definitely nicer in the evening)

First off, the line was long and that’s typical because it’s a Chipotle in Great Mall.
However when my bf got his steak burrito, he asked for lettuce and the worker didn’t put any in, then we see this black mark on the tortilla of the burrito and it was the marker ink! I guess the worker marked too hard on the foil and broke through to the burrito and this is what we were biting into.

I did the online order at around 12:40 and for a pickup at 1:30. I had specifics with my tacos. They got it right 100 percent. I am completely happy. Definitely recommend this location. Fast service. Even the register was fast. Nobody was using the restroom when I needed to go. Lol perfect experience.

They are so stingy with their serving portions. Compared to all the other chipotles I’ve been to this one is ridiculous. I ordered a chicken quesadilla today and half my quesadilla didn’t even have cheese or chicken in it! Wtf! I wish I took a pic of my sisters bowl because her bowl looked pretty small. All she orders is rice, barbacoa (sp?), sour cream, and cheese. You would think since she doesn’t order much they would put a little extra rice and meat but they don’t. And when you ask for more they give such dirty looks. Well I’m sorry but if I’m paying that much for a bowl and a quesadilla I better get my money’s worth! Hate coming her but it’s close to my sister work.

I ordered to go and when I’m finally home about to take a bite I realize that the meat on my plate is still raw! Simply Disgusting. I am extremely upset

Rude and stupid workers. Wow, I cannot believe how stupid the younger generation are.
McD is right across the breezeway if you cannot handle working at Chipotle.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and a frequent customer but I am not a fan of this location at all.
My mom and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat from shopping. A healthier alternative than the food court. Decided to share a burrito bowl together and order tortillas on the side. A common thing Chipotle does and is willing to do. The workers didn’t seem happy about that. My mom wanted to know how many tortillas were in one. The girl looked at us and didn’t answer. We were at the salsa station when we asked «I’m sorry could you just add pinto beans.» They ignored and my mom asked again and the girl was like «Ma’am what do you want.» And when we answered she put peppers which we didn’t ask for and then the beans. It’s like they don’t even listen to us. At this point I didn’t wanna deal with it so we just took it as is.
It seems to me like I’m not the only one here who thinks the customer service at this chipotle sucks. Don’t be rude when we’re not being rude at all and it’s not even busy and ESPECIALLY to my mom. She is a kind woman who she even felt rubbed the wrong way.
And to top it off, the steak was extremely tough. And small portions of rice. I didn’t even bother getting the guac. It would’ve just upset me more lol.

The staff definitely got an attitude upgrade since it first opened years ago when people used to tell me they would snicker at you for asking for more food. But I’m shameless when it comes to asking for more.
I love each staff member at this Chipotle. When you ask for more in your order, they shove more in like they want you to go away and finally leave them alone. Even when I play ‘bad customer’ and ask for the quesarito with 20 people behind me, they make it without question. And at the end of it all, they do it with a smile. Once in a while, the cashier will draw something cute like a happy face on the top of your to-​go bowl.
I think they may hate me by now. But like Scar in Lion King, until they tell me otherwise to never return again, I’m going to keep getting my bowls and burritos at this location.
