Color Your Nails

I’m not sure why it says that they’re CLOSED because they’re not. I went in on Friday with my friend/​co worker for a mani/​pedi. The lady Nina was SO nice and did a fantastic job. She even did a design on my toes for no extra cost. Everyone that worked there were super nice and gave us water, candy and cookies. Which is a first. When you go in make sure you ask for NINA. She was very sweet and very detailed.

The previous owner, Mimi, sadly passed away; may she forever RIP
Her friend NiNa moved from Chicago and bought the business to continue Mimi’s legacy. Well, they may have well been sisters because NiNa is just as wonderful! She is kind, listens to what you want, is meticulous in her work and does amazing designs. She keeps her shop and the equipment very clean (sterilized) and offers water and cookie while you relax and enjoy the pampering. She’s amazing really. Keep up the great work — I’m so happy with my mani pedi!!! Also, best to make an appointment as she is one on one with her clients; that personal attention is wonderful and so much more relaxing! I have been going to her for last 1 years. Always smiling, very soft spoken.
News came to me as a shock. I wish her family and little ones to have strength to bear this loss. Life is so unpredictable and not fair. May her soul rest in peace.

I texted the number 408−707−7838 — listed on Unilocal to book an appointment and received a text back that Mimi has passed away. This is beyond awful news. God bless her family and her two children. Mimi will be missed.

Mimi and Delina are wonderful. Took me in last minute. Accommodating, very kind, welcoming, and professional. Great service and a has a nice space. Quality is very good!

Amazing place to get manicure and padicure. Mimi has done great job. Small place but very good service.

I also love how she does Gel manicures. She takes her time, uses new tools for every client, and the results are very clean and satisfying.
She mostly does appointments but it’s definitely worth it.

I recently moved to the Bay Area and needed to find a person to do my nails (somewhere close to home, and takes their time to work on my nails!)
BOOM — I found Mimi — she is amazingly patient, very very detail oriented, clean. She will offer water /​snacks.
Her massages are amazing. She is the only one who actually gives a hand massage after gel manicure.
For some reason, my one nail gel peeled off in 1.5 weeks and I went to her. Surprisingly, without even saying anything she not only fixed that one nail — she FIXED ALL MY other nails, so I dont need to go for another 2 weeks. Which means now, my nails will last for good 4 weeks before I go back to her.
Definitely take her appointment, she will be more than happy to come early or stay late to accommodate your work schedule. By taking an appointment, she will not rush you through and treat you like a princess :)

Just pulled up. They are advertised as open but no ones home. Oh well just lost me as a customer. Too bad cuz I live very close.

What a gem. It’s a place a little hidden from the street but not hard to find with help Google maps. Mimi is such a sweetheart. She does not do acrylic sets but the pedicures are meticulous and she is very thorough. I would recommend the executive pedicure if you want to treat yourself. My feet were so bomb afterwards.

I needed a new nail lady and place to go as Eden nails was getting overly packed and I always felt rushed. I wanted Gel nails and a pedicure and I could not be happier, I love Mimi! She is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable with her. Mimi gives you water and lil treats to hold you over while she works her magic. She did an amazing job on my nails and toes and took her time. I highly recommend the callus treatment when getting a pedicure, my feet felt amazing afterward. She takes walk-​ins but it is better to make an appointment due to her shop being so small.
P. S. There are many OPI and essie nail colors to choose from as well I loved the selection she had available!

Mimi did a great job! She’s patient, sweet, friendly, organized and knows exactly what she’s doing. She uses new tools and keeps her salon clean. Great experience, very relaxing. To top it off, she gave me water and a madeleine snack! I’m sold. Finally found my go to nail salon :)

I met Mimi during my hair coloring session with Mira. I’ve been wanting to do my pedicure but with my two kids and a full time job, it was really hard to find the time.
This is a perfect location for me!
Also, Mimi is so clean. Another reason that I hesitate to go to nail place is that they don’t clean the place very well.
She uses new tool for each customer and put the name on so that we know the tool is only for me.
Spa pedicure for $ 20 at a clean place with a friendly woman — You can’t beat anywhere else!

My boyfriend has been going to Ryan for his hair cuts for many years and I usually tag along with him. I typically would wait while reading the pile of celebrity magazines they provide, but now that they have Mimi!
Mimi has her own station in the salon that offers mani/​pedi. I decided to get a manicure with her for the first time and she was amazing! She was very gentle with my hands and was very sweet. I did the regular mani for $ 20 and shellac the second time for $ 25.
