I am so happy I hired Rigo for my Grandmother’s birthday! He was so amazing at fitting us in last minute and played beautiful music the entire time the trio was there. I can not express in words how grateful I am! Not only was he extremely great to work with and schedule he was very professional and played beautifully! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I can’t say enough good things about Rigo! He was such a pleasure to work with prior to the engagement party that I hired him for. He was very responsive and easy to work with to figure out details. The day of the event he showed up right on time and was so amazing! His voice and guitar playing are absolutely fantastic! Everyone at the party had such a great time with him. He was extremely professional — but knew how to have fun with the crowd of people too!
Rigo — thank you again for making our friends engagement party one for the books! They will never forget how special you made them feel and how great your performance was.

The mariachi trio was fabulous! I hired them to celebrate my boss’ 10 year anniversary with the company. He & everyone else loved them! The music was excellent!!! They even walked around two of our floors singing! It was so much fun! Thank you again!!!

I’m was not happy at all with their performance, they were ½ hour late and they were all ready exhausted, I was expecting a better show, and was sure they will came in black outfit and the mariachi hat, since I was wearing my mariachis outfit, they charge me a lot for the the performance they did, I told exactly the ocassion and he said that he was told was a religious service, there were not honest with me I had told Rigo I need a good performance is my big 50th Birthday, I’m sorry but I had a really bad experience with this mariachi band. Never hired them again.

Excellent Mariachi Band!!!
I called Rigo 30 min prior my event, of course I wasn’t expecting good news, do to my last minute request!
Wow, Rigo not only was so nice with me, he was already on he’s way with the rest of the band to play at my event!
They did an amazing job!
All of my guest were extremely happy with the band!
I really recommend this Mariachi Band!
Can’t wait for my next event, I will definitely call Rigo again!

Most definitely I will contact Rigo for any future mariachi entertainment. He was great to work with and keep in touch with me regarding the event details. The mariachi band was absolutely excellent and entertaining. All evening, my guests kept coming up to me to ask who the band was and that they thoroughly enjoyed them. I sent them a list of songs in advance which worked out very well. My single female friends were commenting that the players were very professional as well as very good looking in their black and red outfits. My father-​in-​law and husband are very picky about mariachi bands and for them to comment to me that they enjoyed them is high praise. Thanks again Rigo… i definitely will not lose your number for my future entertainment needs!

I would not hire this Mariachi band if they played free. Rigo was very rude and unprofessional. Read the terms of agreement before you decide to hire these guys. It states that they also use other bands so maybe you won’t get the band you think you’re getting. Also, they don’t play at any public places so that you can hear them live. After I told Rigo that I didn’t want to hire them, because of his attitude, he left me a voicemail that said that I was wasting his time and that it was ridiculous because I didn’t decide immediately to hire them. I’m glad I took my time to find the right Mariachi band. Even though this band sounds good on Youtube, I wouldn’t want to hire a guy with such a bad, unprofessional attitude.

I will call Rigo anytime I need musical entertainment. My expectations were met and I am very happy with the mariachi we had at my son’s wedding. The mariachi band arrived more than 30 minutes early (to Berkeley) and they looked great and best of all, performed exceeding our expectations. I provided a list of songs for the ceremony and a separate list of songs for the reception. The singer was very talented and the knowledge base of songs requested was impressive. I am thankful to Serenatas Directo for helping to make the wedding so memorable. Thank you Rigo and mariachi musicians.

If you need a great mariachi band, I highly recommend contacting Rigoberto at Serenatas Directo. He got me an awesome Mariachi band (led by Hector) that played at my wife’s 40th birthday party. Everyone at the party was very impressed with the mariachis! We had guests that were hearing mariachis live for the first time as well as a lot of people from Mexico that have seen many mariachis, and both groups agreed that this is a special mariachi band. The band actually showed up an hour early which ended up working out perfectly.
