Amy and Noah treat you like family here. They really take time with you depending on what you’re purchasing. I recently got engaged so I’ve been looking at various jewelers when a friend told me he got his wife’s custom ring here. I set up an appointment(walk-ins are welcome yet may take a few minutes if they are with a client) with Amy to go through what I was looking for. I had no idea what I was looking for. Amy, Noah, and Mike(Amy’s father — 4th generation jeweler, also they get the name A Trio from the 3 of them) all took time on numerous occasions to show me different rings, different ways a stone can get set, different stones, and overall educating me while not feeling pressured for a sale. This is the place to go. Amy then sketched up a few ideas that she was thinking of based on what you spoke about. She sent over the sketches and modified them into renderings to view. At that time, she brought in some stones for me to view and really was easy to work with. We went forward and they cast the ring in-house and Mike hand etched detail into the side of the ring. They turned this around in no time! They really pay attention to details with providing cleaner, a ring holder, etc. to go with the purchase. I had a custom ring made yet they have showcases of engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, broaches, and more that you can purchase straight out of the case or you can have them custom design a piece to fit the occasion or person. The place is located right on Water street right next to Rustico with lots of street parking available and you enter off of Water street. They are in an awesome building with local artwork all hung on the walls, huge old beams exposed, and overall a really calm and friendly atmosphere to shop in. Couldn’t recommend them high enough for a special piece to get a loved one.

I came up with an idea to make a piece of jewelry for my daughter, who is about to give birth for the first time, from some gold jewelry that belonged to each of her grandmothers. Something that would be an heirloom, passed between her sisters and their daughters, to remind them of their grandmothers’ strength as they were about to give birth. This was just before Christmas, and I needed the project completed on short notice within just a few weeks. I called Noah at Atrio, and without giving the details asked if they could help. Noah was initially reluctant because his wife, who designs the jewelry at Atrio, was about to give birth herself any day. When they learned what this project was about, however, they agreed to take it on. Noah’s wife Amy designed a beautiful pendant which was expertly crafted by Amy’s father. The result is beyond beautiful. I feel very grateful and fortunate to have found them and appreciated the personalized service and the family connection within their business.

Amy worked with me in designing my engagment ring. I am almost 6 mos. married but was having problem after problem with the original place we purchased the ring from. The minute I met Amy I felt comfortable. She is passionate about what she does and is excited about the process… in a very real way. He design skills on the computer are insanely fast and accurate and she is overflowing with ideas. You will find nothing but excellent customer service, excellent design, excellent communication and a ring your friends will be jelous of. My final comment, DONOTGOTO A BIGBOXSTOREFORYOURENGAGEMENTRING! For the same price better quality you can have something made impeccably and how you want it. You will also work with a staff that cares for real… not just to get the sale.
