Grange was extremely helpful! they took care of me precisely and quickly. If you want the job done correctly and professionally, this is where you go.

Great service, quick without being so fast that my needs weren’t met. Reasonably priced, took my insurance etc. I had no idea what frames to choose. The person who helped me instantly picked 5 frames, we narrowed it down to two and she was patient as I tried one and then the other about a hundred times. I was leaning toward one frame. I asked her opinion and she choose the same one also adding she taught it looked more comfortable on my face. So I got it. Have had several compliments since then. I also got bifocal contact lenses. I’ve tried these before and they just didn’t seem to work right, even after people said I had to get used to them. This time, I immediately saw the difference it made. There was no getting used to them, they were perfect from the word go. If another place afford everything for free, I’d still go to Grange Vison

I had a very good experience at Grange Vision. I booked my appointment online (big positive points), and got my automated reminder call the evening before.
I arrived for my appointment with my intake form already filled out, so I probably shaved 5+ minutes off my time. I was immediately & warmly greeted by their receptionist and taken back right away to the exam room.
I expected to be stuck in the room for a while before being seen, but I wasn’t in the chair for 2 minutes before the optometrist showed up & conducted the eye exam. He was very friendly & knowledgeable, and was quick/​efficient without me being rushed.
After the eye exam, I waited for a while in the lobby (yay for dialating eyes — not!). The staff were friendly both with me & the other customers, yet professional.
I would recommend Grange Vision to others for their eye exams.

I really should just get Lasik eye surgery based on the amount of money I spend on glasses and contacts every year… but until that happens, I am a satisfied customer of Grand Vision.
I’ve been going to Grange Vision for about 6 years now, and I’ve been happy with the service I’ve gotten every time – expect this time.
I made an appointment for an eye exam a few weeks ago and was called 3 times by their automated system reminding me of my appointment. I have bad vision – I’m not an idiot. The receptionist also called me and left me a voice mail as I was on the way to the appointment (reminding me)…and then realizing that she shouldn’t have even called me. I think they are starting to lose their touch.
When I arrived, the receptionist was nice and greeted me. She took my insurance info and sent me back to see the doc right away.
Here’s where things get a little hairy. The optometrist was… NOT nice. At all. She got super snotty with me when I explained I got my contacts elsewhere because I found somewhere that doesn’t price gouge. She hurried through the exam – until the end when she told me she was going to put some eye drops into my eyes. What she didn’t tell me was that these drops were going to sting like hell and make my eye lids stick together. Apparently payback for not getting a contact exam from her.
They have a decent size selection of glasses – mostly high end. They cater to brands like Gucci, Armani, Coach, etc. They also have a woman who helps you find a pair that fit your budget and make you look hot.
