This review is only for using the McDonald’s App at this location. It does not work. It will not log you in. It keeps saying try again later. I do not have this problem with the App at any other McDonald’s. Please get your Wi-Fi fixed or whatever the needs are to get this App to work at the 76th and Oklahoma location.

I really like this location, for the happy faces that smile to me upon entering in the morning. It is however a known location for the retired to meet up and chat. Finding a seat to eat can be a bit of a challenge at certain times. The staff has its’ greats and its non confident ones. Yet the overall atmosphere is uplifting.

I usually get pretty good service here and tonight was no exception. The service was great, the people are friendly, and we tried the new signature burgers and mozzarella sticks. They are definitely not to be missed. You should run out and try it right away. The signature burger has a really delicious taste to it. I can’t quite place it. It might be the fact that there Swiss cheese on it instead of American and I’ll probably be back for more. Thank you for the great service! The cashiers here always let my son pay from the backseat of the car and I appreciate their patience and good sense of humor about it.

They are usually pretty fast getting your order out — especially since they redid the way the take orders inside. The food is usually done the way your order it as well but lately it seems as if they don’t care. The past few times I have gone here I have had to go back inside because they messed something up. If I order a burger with no onions, it doesn’t make sense to receive a burger with onions(I am allergic to onions). This is the usual thing the mess up but today they messed up the fries. We went through the drive-thru and one of the things we ordered was fries fresh. We like the fries to be really hot like they are when they’re fresh. There was no wait in the drive-thru and we were told the fries were fresh — they weren’t so yet again we had to go back inside to get fresh fries. I am hoping they start paying attention to their orders. This used to be my favorite McDonald’s since I had never had an issue with them or their food.

Long lines, orders always wrong, terrible service, and rude workers. If that’s what you want, then this and the perfect McDonald’s for you. Only a block and a half away from my home, I’ve given this place a chance many times over — always with a disappointed ending. I was one a proud team member of a McDonald’s(many years ago) and this type of service would have never been allowed. Yet, complaints to management here are totally disregarded. Please, save your time and sanity… And visit a different McDonald’s.

Look, I’m not trying to rag on MickeyD’s with all the bad reviews. I think that’s cliché. Everyone knows you’re not getting gourmet food here, so generally if you’re in the fast food service, if you can give me fast and courteous service, keep my hot stuff hot and my cold stuff cold and keep my food free of spit, body parts and other random foreign objects I’ll give you a good review. This McDonalds has yet to even earn a mediocre review from me. Even though this location is super convenient for me, I manage to avoid this location due to its lines and poor service. In a hangover-induced stupor I pulled into this McD’s after my wife sent me out for breakfast this past weekend. I realized this as I pulled into the parking lot, but what the hell, I was here so I gave them a shot at redemption. I was immediately sorry. The lines don’t kill me all that much, I’m pretty patient. What kills me is how is this place so busy when they do everything wrong? I pull up to the speaker and when the lady asks«May I Help You?», I already have my order ready and I start to rattle it off. As soon as I get through the very first part of the meal, I start to go into the second part when she says«That’ll be $ 3.33». When I explained to her I’m not done yet, there was no apology or acknowledgement. I ran through the rest of the order and when she repeated it back, it was right. When I pulled around to pay, a very snarky worker said«You better check this receipt and make sure your order is right!» Ooo-kayyy…not what I was expecting. I grabbed the receipt and tried to read it, but since the printer ink was running out this was like trying to beat the last dungeon in The Legend of Zelda in five minutes flat. I pull up to the next window to get my food and the kid told me it would take a couple minutes to make my sausage burritos(how hard is it to stuff eggs and sausage in a tortilla?) and I should pull up in space 2. Well, some old Caddy with a handicap sticker is parked in between 2 and 3, so I settled on pulling up a couple feet instead. The kid runs me out my food in about 5 minutes and before I leave I check if everything is in the bag. FML. I’m short 2 sausage burritos. Why did I just wait five minutes? I pull back around to the drive thru, explain my situation to the speaker, the person at the pay window AND the same kid who told me to wait for the sausage burritos, and not one apology. Pitiful. It’s pretty ridiculous I have to write two reviews in the course of nine months to tell you how awful your service is. Trust me, I won’t be making the same mistake again.

Explain a drive thru that you need to pull ahead and wait 5 minutes for a hot chocolate?! This after waiting in a drive thru lane for 5 minutes. This is the second McDonald’s in two days that I’ve experienced this. Drive through should be fast, hence fast food. Who would think a drink would require over 10 minutes time in a drive thru.

There isn’t much that McDonald’s does wrong(especially by kids standards). When it comes to food preparation — it is always quick. The best part is the playland. Our daughter pretty much always wants to eat out here so she can use the playland. As McDonald’s has made strides over the years to improve their menu, it has definitely become a better option to eat. The ability to get fruit instead of fries, along with the healthier options for the happy meals makes going a lot more enjoyable. Unfortunately for me, even though the menu has more healthy items, my self control usually finds me grabbing a big mac or some other equally high in saturated fat food item. It just tastes so good! If you can, though, maintain control!
