Where to start, lousy pizza at high prices. The chicken wings were not edible and I would almost say they weren’t even chicken. Ordered milk shakes and the waitress didn’t even know they didn’t have ice cream until my order was ready, after I paid. Avoid eating here.

Seeing that we eat from here at least 5 times per week, you’d think they’d take care of us better. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, checking beforehand that it didn’t have mushrooms. However, neither the website nor the take out menus have the ingredients listed. To be safe, we even wrote in the box online: American cheese, jalapeños, peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato and mustard. We received the sandwich with no lettuce and mustard, but there was mushrooms on it. We called back to ask about the order. She was blatantly talking about us to her co-workers and as soon as we asked to talk to a manager, she hung up the phone. We called back and they told us they wouldn’t refund the money and if we wanted to get a new sandwich we would have to pay for a second delivery fee. This is ludacris! We love this place. What a shame.

Not being familiar with Milwaukee, I ordered from NYPD Pizza on the recommendation of the concierge of the Hilton City Center. The other pizzeria that was recommended was a Chicago style pizzeria but I definitely wanted New York pizza. Ordering online was simple and payment was made online with a credit card. I also had the option of adding a tip to the card or tipping in cash. Within seconds of hitting the submit button, I received an order confirmation along with a estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. Pizza arrived at my hotel room door 32 minutes after ordering, great job! This next part requires a little explaination. I grew up on pizza in New Jersey and New York and that’s the best pizza in the world. Every pizza I have is compared to pizza back home. This NYPD pizza was very good, but it’s not New York pizza. I don’t know what the fascination with a round pizza being cut into squares is, but my Italian relatives back in New York are probably rolling over in their graves every time a pizza is cut into squares. I have gotten into the habit of requesting pie cut on any pizza I order. Well, with the New York name, I didn’t even think about it and yes, it came cut in squares. So NYPD gets 5 stars in my review because it was a very good square cut pizza. I can’t fault them for not being able to reproduce a true NY pizza, I don’t know if that’s even possible outside of NY/NJ, but I’ll keep looking!

Seriously, how is bringing a pizza 5 blocks so often a two hour affair with these guys? Ordered online. 1.5 hours in i called. They said the order isn’t in the system, which means it is with a driver supposedly. Now it’s another half hour later. Wouldn’t mind eating today… Not the first time, but last time I ordered they seemed to have improved. I guess not. Be warned if you order prior to making any plans for afterwards, there’s a good chance the order won’t arrive on time or hot.

I love the pizza here. Crispy and with great sauce. Sandwiches aren’t too bad, either. The parmesan bread sticks are awesome.

Got a Mexicali pizza, chili cheese fries, and some garlic bread from here last night. I wasn’t too sure at first having never heard of the place, but delivery was quick and everything was hot and fresh. The chili cheese fries were worth it, you get a LOT.

We had previously order from this location premised upon the understanding that this is owned and operated by Divino’s and Libiamo’s. We may have been mistaken. This evening our order was poorly taken by an apathetic teen, delivered a half hour late and cold, by a polite delivery girl, and of course was cold upon delivery. We called to complain and although we received a «credit» for our purchase, the call was handled so poorly that we can simply never order from this location again.

About a month ago work had pizza delivered and it was much enjoyed so I decided to stop in to grab a quick bite for lunch. The place was spotless. The people were friendly. The chicken sub with fries were very tasty and loaded with goodies. The only down side was the pace. I’m all about the slow food movement except when I only have 30 minutes for lunch. The sub took approx. 20 minutes to prepare. I had to race back to work and eat it on the downlow.

absolutely horrible service when it comes to delivery. I always get the same thing, a cheeseburger, I ask for ketchup and mustard packets, and they forgot it, TWICE. ordered delivery, was told«upto 45 minutes», waited an hour and a half. food was cold and a waste. when I called to complain they wouldn’t transfer me to a manager.

I love NYPD pizza. I was a little skeptical ordering from here at first but I took the chance and ordered off of Eatstreet… $ 2.99 for a 14″ delicious pizza… heck ya love it! Every time I have ordered it has been delivered by a little old man(and often Italian). They are always really nice and make the delivery smooth and painless. With Eatstreet you tip automatically online and they know how the system works so there isn’t that awkward silence when you«don’t tip.» I love their pizza. It has a «homemade» feel to it. The sauce actually tastes like tomatoes. It’s definitely way better than your average Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. Besides pizza, they have about a billion different options — -seafood, subs. salads… the whole nine yards! I have also picked up pizza from NYPD. It has a very retro feel to it, and I think the staff is really nice. An added benefit — - it typically doesn’t take forever to order on the weekends!

I am from NYC and I should know better Pizza was average for Wisconsin, awful on the big scale of pizza. Cheese fries were tasty so that is at least something. If nothing else is around and you are hungry. then sure, otherwise go someplace else. This is not pizza.

Terrible service! I called to place an order for delivery, but was told that I couldn’t use the coupon I had unless I picked it up. I told the girl on the phone that I would come in and she told me the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. About 20 minutes later, I got to the place and asked for my pizza. After giving all my information, and wasting 10 minutes talking to the cashiers, they concluded that I had never placed the order. Next the girl that answers the phone comes to the counter to tell me that it was my fault that the order didn’t get entered. I’m glad that was cleared up, because I forgot that it was my job to verify that my order was entered correctly. Ultimately, I had to place the order in person and wait another 20 minutes to get my pizza. Also, not the kind of place you would choose to spend an extra 30 minutes of you evening. After all that, the pizza was ok. Not much cheese and I wasn’t a big fan of the sauce. With a $ 10 coupon it was a good deal, but I would not consider paying full price.

I know I said I would never go back for pizza, but a friend of mine, whose palette I trust raved about their pizza on her visit, so I decided to give them another chance. What a huge difference from my previous visit! First, the place was spotless. It was clean the last time I visited, but tonight there was a shine coming off the tables. As I pulled up, there were guys sweeping and mopping! The crust was much crispier and the sauce had much better flavor to it, a combination of spiciness with a subtle sweetness. The topppings were still solid like the last time. Even the service I had tonight was great. It’s like this was a completely different restaurant. I’m going to have to go back again to see if the issue is consistency, or if I just went on a bad day with the wrong cook. I know 2 stars to 4 stars is a big jump, but I definitely had a 4 star experience tonight.

Normally I would never have tried this pizza due largely in part to it’s location, however, I had a coupon for 50% off any pizza, and it’s actually decent for the price and quantity. I order the Supreme pizza, but I haven’t had anything else, but it’s actually really tasty. I have also had the wings. They are pretty good for the price. The pizza is HUGE and they even give you a 2 liter soda. The pizza feeds two people for a few days, and for the price, it’s not bad. The only thing is that I think they charge a lot for delivery. Maybe $ 3.00? If you can order and pick it up, then definitely give it a shot.

Oh man, this place has a menu that rivals the Cheese Cake Factory in size, which is the first indicator that they do quantity over quality. It had been open for months before I gave it a go on a hung over Sunday morning before the Pack game. I ordered the Corn Beef sandwich and my roommate got the Italian sausage for delivery. Well…an hour and 45 minutes with multiple calls into them we FINALLY get our food. It would have been better off if the food hadn’t been delivered since the Corn Beef sandwich didn’t have thousand island or at minimum deli mustard. No cole slaw with it either. The Italian sausage sandwich was decent my roommate said but overall low quality since doing so much quantity and slow delivery. Definitely choose another place.

Just moved into town from the east coast. Apparently the owners don’t think people realize that the term Chicken Parm implies Parmesan cheese will be on the sandwich(not processed American slices). The chicken was jerky too. Really? The Corned Beef sandwich was decent — the use of cheap yellow mustard instead of deli style or thousand island also raised an eyebrow by an east coaster. It smells of cheapness. The interior is awesome, the staff was very rude(four big ladies all looked at me when I walked in. then went back to their discussion… about 5 minutes later one finally came to to the register to take my order). It’s a shame — this place has total promise. A unique theme to Milwaukee, a decent market location(you’d think it’s a cheap property), competitive prices, and a beautiful interior. It’s a shame that they forgot to pay attention to the food and the customer service… perhaps they blew their budget on the décor and forgot about quality… a cardinal sin in the restaurant biz. Yo — Jack up your prices and fix the basics.

Feeling a bit burned out on our other regular pizza places, we opted to order a late night pie from NYPD. We ordered one pizza at around 12:30am, and within 30 minutes, the driver was calling to say he had nearly arrived. Pretty good on a Saturday night, right? The pizza, a 12″ sausage and pepperoni, was a perfect balance of thin, crisp, and chewy. Admittedly, this was supposed to be my husband’s pizza, but it ended up being too good to resist stealing a few slices from him. When I asked him about the phone ordering, after viewing some of the other reviews, he said the woman who answered was«short, not friendly, and was clearly frustrated by his accent.» All in all, an annoying but manageable part of the process. Nevertheless, the food quality redeemed the experience and we’ll probably still order from them in the future.

I got an NYPD menu in the mail a few days ago, and despite the bad to terrible reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give them a try anyway. The lady who took the order was very nice and polite, with a sunny attitude. She was able to quickly take my order, gave me the total, and said the delivery would take about 40 minutes. The delivery arrived in about 35 minutes, a pleasant surprise after reading the reviews. The only real problem is that the delivery person called instead of ringing the door bell. He then made me come to the front door before he even got out of his car. This wouldn’t be a huge issue, but it’s too darn cold out to be standing in the open doorway for any period of time while barefoot. The pizza was hot though. It was the Meat Lover’s Pizza with mushroom added. It had lots of toppings, and I would say it was quite tasty. The sauce was good. There was a good amount of it but not too much and not too little. The thin crust was crispy with a little chew to it. Overall, this was a good pizza, and good service, at least over the phone. My only suggestion is to have the driver actually come to the door instead of making the customer stand in the open doorway in the cold.

THISISANEMAIL I SENTTONYPDON7÷18÷11 — I HAVENOTHEARDBACKFROMTHEM. BEWARE — THEIRSERVICEISSHODDYATBESTANDBANKRUPTATWORST. On Friday, July 15, I called for lunch delivery for myself and 2 coworkers. Tiffany took my order. I told Tiffany that I would like to give her really good directions because our firm had moved and were no longer in the 100 E. Wisconsin Building. I explained that the delivery person should pull up to the Kilbourn side of the building and I would be waiting there and told Tiffany we had problems with delivery before so I wanted to give very good directions. She understood and said«I promise you… this will be a GOOD experience.» My call began at 11am and I had initially asked for 11:30am delivery but Tiffany kindly explained that it was a bit busy for that quick of delivery so would 11:45 be okay? I agreed it would and went outside to wait — at 11:45am — for our delivery. At 12:10pm I called your store asking about our delivery. The woman who answered said it had«left 13 minutes ago.» I noted that the delivery driver was calling my phone so I ended the call with your store and took the driver’s call. He was unbelievably rude. I simply asked him how much longer he thought he might be because they said he had left with it 13 minutes prior. He barked«Um, I don’t know what you’re talkin’ about, I just walked out the door with your order. I’ll call you when I’m closer.» More time went by and it was now 12:30pm when we figured our food had apparently been in his car for at least 30 minutes. My coworker came outside to ask what was the hold up, as our entire hour-long lunch break was nearly over. We began walking away from the curb deciding to scrap the entire horrible experience when your driver pulled up to the curb, in his vehicle that was literally being held together with rope, and shouted out his open window«WHOORDEREDPIZZAAND A BURGER!!!» I don’t know where this is acceptable behavior, but it certainly isn’t considered so by myself. Lastly, I walked up to the driver and stated that I didn’t believe the food could possibly still be hot. He snapped back at me «Your food will be hot!» We paid for the food, took it inside and began eating… our COLD food — Cold pizza, cold cheese bread and cold burger/fries. Come to think of it, the pizza sauce requested for dipping was so cold it had clearly come straight from the refrigerator. If it were possible, I would ask for a full refund of my $ 30 for your awful customer service, cold food and loss of an enjoyable lunch period. As it stands, from what I could ascertain by your employees’ behavior, I don’t expect anything will even come of this email.
