What’s better than bad Chinese food and a car adventure?
I stopped by this place with a group of friends while visiting another friend outside milwaukee… here’s how it was:
First Impression: Nothing to cry home about… but nothing to complain about either. Decent for what it is — a carryout restaurant — no problems here! ¹⁄₁ star
Food: Mmm-​Mmm delicious! I had myself a guilty pleasure — Egg Foo Young — The lunch special with a side of chicken wings. For about $ 6 there’s definitely a lot of food! The wings are finger-​lickin good! They have this subtle flavor in the breading that makes you want to keep eating… I love it! ²⁄₂ stars
Drinks: They have bottled green tea! I had myself a bottle and it was soo good that I got another one for the road. One of the few places I’ve noticed that sells bottle green tea! ¹⁄₁ star
Service: The guy behind the counter was pretty funny — or tried to be anyway — and we had a decent convo going with him. Twas a nice little chat! ¹⁄₁ star
All in all, this place is pretty top-​notch for carry-​out standards. If I’m near or in Milwaukee again, I plan on making a trip out here! Bottled green tea and chicken wings FTW!
