Redi-Quick Dry Cleaning

Went there since they are the one of the only places I could find that cleans leather.
After spending close to $ 75.00 I contacted them regarding the cuffs, collar and waistband.
All the elasticity was gone in them.
Stopped and complained but of course it was the help.
She said that she would pass on my complaint to the owner. Nothing.
Sent an email advising the same complaint. Nothing.
Personally, I would not go there.

I wanted to like this place because it’s close to home and has a website, the latter being somewhat unique for a dry cleaner, but I don’t.
Here’s the tale of a girl with a winter coat with a broken zipper, that when I called to ask if they do zipper repairs, they said yes. I brought my coat in on Saturday, October 26, with a card that said it would be ready Thursday, October 31. They said it would take a little longer than usual because it was a long coat. I said that’s fine. Hours after the ticket promised it would be ready, I stopped by, on Thursday, to pick up my coat. It was not there. It apparently was at the tailor, but did I get a call to tell me that? No.
I made several calls to them, and it came to the point where I almost wanted to take my coat back and take it somewhere else, but after they had it for a week and a half, they told me that a special zipper needed to be ordered, and the old zipper was already ripped out, but that for this taking a week and a half, I would have a price reduced.
Finally, after 2 weeks, I picked up my coat, gently reminded that I was previously offered a discount, and received a 20% discount. The second star is for them upholding that part of the bargain. And I understand things happen, but I don’t feel like this issue was handled in the best way.
And now I’ve had my coat back for a month, and the zipper sort of sucks. It gets stuck almost everyday, and the bottom zipper works 40% of the time. So there’s that.
I’m sure for dry cleaning it’s fine, but I wouldn’t count on them to call you if things are running late.

Cheapest place for a wedding dress to be cleaned. They did a great job on it when I came to pick it up. Took a few days then expected but I wasn’t in a hurry to pick it up. It was neatly boxed and ready to store ;) I’ll be back if I need anything dry cleaned. The lady that works there is super nice also

Best price I found in the MKE area for wedding dress cleaning. They had it in a sealed box when I picked it up, so I couldn’t actually see if they got the stains out.

This was by far the worst dry cleaning experience. I dropped off three silk tops with a minor spot or two. What I got back were totally stained tops. One had at least thirty new spots and a weird looking water-​like stain. Not only that, they put their labels through the silk and made holes in the shirts! I paid for a service that ruined over $ 200 worth of clothes. Never again, I hate this place.
