This is my first time here, the service is crappie. I’ve not seen my waitress since she brought my food. The salad bar was a mess and the food on it looks as if it has been there since lunchtime. The staff is not worried about refilling it or making it look presentable. The drink I ordered looks nothing like the picture. Definitely will not be coming back.

I want to this location on the special they were having where you get 44% off of your purchase for their anniversary. I knew there was going to be a wait for my food which I place my order over the phone they quoted me that my order will take about 30 minutes place my order at 6pm, and arrived at the location at 6:25PM to see if my order will be ready a little bit earlier. It was not so I had to wait additional time for my order which took an additional 25 to 30 minutes and on top of that one of my orders was ready and the other order was not even fixed. There was no type of courtesy or any drink or dessert option offered due to the inconvenience of the cook not fixing both orders at the same time. I understand it was very busy that day but it would’ve been nice to have some sort of accommodation or free item to be offered since it was an error. The food was good but I had to warm all of it in the oven due to extended wait period. On top of that; I was sitting at the bar & could clearly hear everything that was being said because of the error.

Horrible! I used to love their salad bar but it was disgusting. The toppings were sparse and the dressings were very watered down.

Used to be really really good. Last two times I’ve been there, it’s been utterly disappointing. First, they used to have the«triple prime burger» which was topped with Tomato and this special type of garlic mayo. It used to be absolutely fantastic, but then they pretty much changed their menu and it became just a more expensive version of their normal hamburger(which now comes with lettuce, tomato, and pickles). The service was pretty awful. My mom ordered a «triple prime cheeseburger» with American cheese. She got a burger without cheese. The waitress never came around to check on us because she was too busy serving a large group that was seated next to us. I ended up going to the salad bar and getting her shredded cheese and thousand island dressing, but she said it was pretty gross in general. When she told the waitress, she didn’t seem to care and offered nothing to resolve it. The waitress was nice, but she was really slow and didn’t seem to care about us. We still left her a decent tip because it wasn’t entirely her fault(a group of about 15 people came in and sat all at one table in her area) but she just seemed really inattentive. The food quality has gone completely downhill. Also, either our waitress forgot or they no longer serve those super good cheddar biscuits before your meal. Kind of a disappointment because this place used to me amazing. Oh and P. S. — as soon as I got home, I had a few rounds of violent, gut-wrenching diarrhea. I’m not one bit embarrassed to say that(thanks to the anonymity of the internet) because I want to warn fellow diners. I still gave them two starts because their salad bar is pretty freaking good.

Stayed at the hotel next to this ruby tuesdays. So had dinner here like 3 times Super slow service, but foot is standard as it is a chain restaurant. Opt for the salad bar. It’s not bad at all. Most food is very salty, chicken and fish. The steaks are not that bad at all.

We had Lurch for a waiter. He hovered without words. The food was horrible. Dining area was cold and the tables were awkwardly spaced. We went in hoping for a mediocre dining experience but the ambiance and service made it memorable in the worst possible way.

I’ve been impressed by my Ruby Tuesday dining experience at other locations in the past but today, this experience was not good. True it was noon and busy but nonetheless. I ordered Diet Coke and when I asked for a refill, they were out and he still charged me $ 3 for the drink. Asked for sauce on side… came with sauce on. Took almost 25 minutes to get our food. There was a 10 minute difference between when the 1st person and 5th person at our table got their food. Bill was incorrect. Only shining light was the salad bar which was beautiful and delicious. But overall, bad experience for a somewhat pricy lunch. With many other good options in the area, I will not go back to this location again.

Very disappointed in our service this evening at ruby Tuesday. After looking the menu over twice I couldn’t find the soups available so I asked our waitress Mariah and she gave me the list of soups. Then I noticed that coconut shrimp were listed with a sirloin meal and not available separately. I asked Mariah if I could purchase them separately. She said no. So I ordered a soup. Considering the sirloin and shrimp meal is $ 16 I thought it was strange they would rather not sell me shrimp instead of a cheap bowl of soup. Your loss ruby Tuesday. Won’t be visiting again. Mariah definitely could have checked with a manager to see if a modification could have been made so I could have left happy and the resteraunt could have still made their money. We asked to speak with the manager and Morgan did stop. We explained our situation and she explained that the shrimp comes prepackaged so they couldn’t sell it separately. Yet she said I could add a skewer onto the meal. Very confusing. She was very nice but she did nothing to solve the problem we had.

My experience here was much better than the posts I read before coming here. I was almost afraid to come here just for a glass of wine and a little bite to eat! Well, Ashley made my experience relaxing and everything was perfect. She waited just a few minutes for me to to order the appetizer so I could get $ 1 off — which I didn’t even know about. The 8oz glass of wine was good, and the chicken quesadilla was very filling — all for $ 14.31. I couldn’t even finish it! I have been here for lunch before and the blackened tilapia is delicious. They have a great salad bar as well. The manager even asked how I was doing and was walking around checking on his guests the entire time. So don’t let these reviews scare you. Go and enjoy. They have a really nice bar to sit and relax after a long day of work.

Friday, June 19th, 20151:30pm Wife and I left after having a good lunch only to remember I left behind half of my Mix Rib dinner in a box. So I called back 7 mins later to find out they already threw it out! I asked to talk to a manager named Sean who couldn’t explain why the restaurant would trash my box so quickly, he said he had already sent the waitresses home and that I could have an appetizer. I told him no thanks. CLUELESS! I found it very interesting that my boxed leftover would trashed within 5 – 7 minutes of me leaving but it took over 10 minutes to be even acknowledged by our waitress and have our orders taken. Not sure if I will be going back to this restaurant. Restaurant management appears disengaged with what is going on and even worse is clueless to deal effectively with valid customer dissatisfaction and complaints! Shame on you Ruby Tuesday! Thumbs Down! I could have spent my $ 50 at some other competitor who values my business.

I went for a seemingly light lunch at Ruby Tuesday which soon turned into an all-you-can-eat competition. Yes I’m talking about the salad bar– unlimited salad for $ 7.99. It had the basic stuff– 3 different types of lettuce, some vegetables, dressings and a couple options for potato/pasta salad. It was nothing special and they did fall short of a few options(like banana peppers, garbanzo beans, etc), but I enjoyed my meal and the unlimited trips I was gifted with.

The Worst… I will Never come back to this Ruby Tuesday’s…First off with such a casual employee attire I thought our waiter was a customer. He had to be told our table was his. Its possible he was overwhelmed with tables or it’s possible he just didn’t know what the heck he was doing. The salad bar had lettuce that was brown. I asked if new lettuce was coming out… the employee basically just covered all the brown lettuce with new lettuce. I had a sirloin steak(I like med well) it was well done hard, the lobster tails where just laughable, rubbery and didn’t look as if they had been cleaned. I informed the waiter who told me the Manager would be over… he NEVER came to our table. But I did see him on his cell phone outside. I informed the waiter that I didn’t want the meal. Hubby had the ribs and chicken which he stated, were greasy. Plain & simple staff is unprofessional along with the Manager. It showed he didn’t give a sh**. I gave them one star because you have to rate to review. There is no way I would EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Not for large groups!!! My basketball team was staying at the hotel next door. I called letting them know a group of 14 of us would be headed there for dinner to make sure they could accommodate us. When we got there they had placed us at two different tables… across the restaurant from one another. I asked if we could sit closer and the host said we could not all sit together as it was their policy. I would understand this if the restaurant was full, but in reality there were about 7 tables full out of the 20 available. There were more than enough open tables to make it work especially because the open tables were in the middle(not booths) that could be moved. I asked to speak to a manager and he was right there. He also told me that we could not sit together as it was their policy. I asked if we could at least sit near one another since there were 4 tables open next to one of the two they set up for us. The manager walked back to us and said he could do a booth and two other tables, but not one large table, which once again made no sense because there were 4 table all open next to one another that could be pushed together. I have worked in restaurants for years and new this was probably because they wanted two different servers to take our group. I use to be a manager at Ruby Tuesday’s and know they don’t let one person take groups our size as they want to give good service, so two are needed. This whole ordeal made no sense as the restaurant was mostly empty and were were a team on a road trip that wanted to bond by being next to one another. I finally told the manager I knew of the policy of having two servers, and told him it made no sense why two servers could not wait on us at one large table. I did not understand why he made this so difficult and wanted to put us at three different tables or thought it would be acceptable to be on opposite ends of the restaurant. I finally told him that if we can’t sit together we were going somewhere else. If I did not have 13 hungry people, I would have left much earlier, but I did not want to inconveniece my team for principle. The manager said since I was being nice about everything he would make this exception for me, like it was a big favor. I thanked him and we waited for them to move their tables.(By this time there were only about 4 other tables in the restaurant being occupied). Once everything was figured out the rest of the night was great. The salad bar was maintained, the two servers that took care of us made sure our drinks were refilled and everything went smooth. The food all came out together and was warm, so the overall dinner was great. Food and servers were great. The manager and trying to stick with«policy» versus doing what made sense was a joke. Large groups over 10 — stay away.

This was one of the most awkward dining experiences I have ever had. I walked in and the host just stared at me until I spoke. I was seated, waiting for the other member of my party, and the waiter came over, didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t say anything except«do you want something to drink». I ordered my drink and then he just stared at me. And I asked«…did you want to see my ID. or what.» He looked at me like UMDUH. Like being a waiter doesn’t require you to use words. So when our food finally came, after both of us ordering our burgers medium… They both ended up being very very well done. And one was bacon cheese burger… That they didn’t put bacon on!!! Nobody acknowledged us as we were leaving either… No «thanks, have a good night». Nothing. The one and only good part about this experience was the drink menu.

I will not be returning to this location again! Our poor server was doing a fine job, but there was a hardened bug in my salad from the salad bar! Tried not to make a big stink about it, but GROSS! Then the manager didn’t even offer to pay for the salad… instead he insisted we get more food. Why would I want that when I just lost my appetite completely. I had to pay for a salad with a bug in it.

First time there service was almost non existent. Took ten minutes for our server to come around when he wasn’t very busy. The bay biscuits were good but came out at the same time as our food. Server never came back to check on us, we had to ask for a check and a to go box and that’s when we asked him how long he had been serving. He said two years. Embarrassing. My boyfriend and I are both servers and the service this first time was AWFUL. Regardless, the salad bar was nothing great. Our entrees were okay but nothing I would choose to eat again. The second time there was different. Better, more attentive service and food was good. Salad bar was the same. I guess it is a hit or miss experience from what I can gather.

The bartender(Ashly) is terrific. Very warm and friendly. She remembered my food and drink preferences the second time I came into the restaurant. I like the relaxed atmosphere. A nice place to kick back after a long day at work. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend the blondie dessert. And if you are wallet-conscious, their happy hour specials are a great value.

Descriptive phrase: casual Meh-merican food. Needed a quick dinner up in north Milwaukee, so we stopped at Ruby Tuesday. It’s a chain, but there were some notable parts to this location. 1) Takes forever to wind your way into their parking lot off the street. 2) Service was bad. Our waiter didn’t even feign interest in his job or being there. 3) Chicken Tortilla Soup was spicy and worthwhile. 4) Ruby Minis(2 sliders with American cheese, mayo, ketchup, and pickle) were poor. Could’ve been any fast-food burger that’d been sitting under a heat lamp. Buns were fresh out of the Roundy’s bag, almost still attached to each other. Disappointing.

Ordered a cheeseburger, and had a side salad at the salad bar. 1: order came out incorrect, for mine and 2 other people, waitress could not remember who ordered what, circling the table… 2: burger was burnt(black and crunchy) 3: bun was stale. 4: soda came out with a chunk of glass out of the glass. Overall would never go back, wasn’t going to come in the first place, from previous bad experience. :(

If you: * Consider a fanny pack a key wardrobe accessory * Drive a dented conversion van with its muffler dragging on the ground * Don’t mind dining amidst the occasional common housefly * Like to belch loudly in public, repeatedly, or listen to people who do * Have the patience to take 2, 3 or even 4 plates at the salad bar before finding a clean one, or * Think that quality of food is optional when selecting your restaurant, then: I’ve got great news for you! Ruby Tuesday will fit the bill. In spite of all of the above being a TRUESTORY, the hilarious company of my sister and brother-in-law, coupled with a $ 50 gift card, made this a memorable dining experience. Love my family — Ruby Tuesday, not so much.
