The technicians were very nice. That is why I will give the business at least one star. It is the owner that I had an issue with. I had called two times prior to my appointment, was quoted a Groupon rate regardless of having a second Groupon to use, and then was told the opposite information after the receipt of my service today. The owner did not choose to honor what they had quoted me over the phone TWO different times. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I do not appreciate poor customer service. Therefore, I would not go back or recommend this business.

The only reason I give a 2 star is because of CoCo the hair stylist. She is great at what she does and is super nice. This place has an identity crisis. Décor is all over the place. Also, right when you walk in the front desk has food all over it and the owner sits there and eats. While there, the owner must have had 6 cigarettes and they all smoke right out front. Go to the back of the building and smoke, that way the smoke doesn’t come in the door and stink up the place. The phone rang 4 times before the owner answered it because she was gabbing with her employee. The window sill had spider webs and dead bugs on it. The magazines to read are all outdated. This place could use a consultant and a deep clean! Here are a few suggestions: 1. Clean the place up and find an identify 2. Owner– walk around and build relationships with your clients 3. Move the food 4. Stop smoking out front 5. Organize waiting area and clean up retail displays 6. Get off paperbooks. Systems are cheap and can improve the booking process and save you money. 7. It’s all about the guest experience, ask yourself if that’s what your priority is. Put yourself in your guests shoes standing out front and go through a typical arrival and departure process. Are you delivering?
