Sharks Fish & Chicken

Start by saying, when I walked in the door I should have turned around and left. The entrance was filthy, from the parking lot full of food trays and trash, to the windows cover in squashed bugs and smears, to the floor feeling oily and sticky. No dine in area, so had to take my food to go. I got the 10 wings dinner. It was not as good as I had hoped. Wings were over cooked, and dry. Fries were the thickest cardboard tasting things I ever had. Will not be a returning customer.

If anyone knows fish and chicken, it’s the north side of Milwaukee. Someone told me Shark’s was better than JJ’s so I had to see for myself. Went during lunchtime and the food came up in about 8 minutes. Ordered the catfish dinner which came with 4 pieces of catfish, fries, coleslaw and 3 pieces of bread.
Catfish– good sized pieces sprinkled with a tasty seasoning that took it up a notch from standard breading. Be careful, I found several bones. Also, some of the fish was soggy in certain parts. Glad they included bread to make it into a sandwich.
Fries– thicker cut and had the same seasoning as the fish. Pretty good dipped in the hot sauce
Coleslaw– small portion size, nothing special
You get a good amount of food for a decent price. Need to try JJ’s again so I can really compare them!
