Medical supplies, CPAP and other respiratory equipment, diabetic shoes, walkers, and so on. Two related locations in Milwaukee area, actual headquarters Glendale. Frustratingly incompetent, in part due to staffing problems. I use a CPAP, it’s pretty important in terms of me staying alive, so I like to get all recommended replacement parts on schedule. That was an insurmountable problem for these people, they couldn’t remind me in a timely manner, I had to always call them. The one person who could fill the order in the store, wasn’t always in the store, she split her time with the other location, and didn’t keep all CPAP supplies in either store. When I showed up in person, sometimes they would have some of the stuff I needed, more often not, but there didn’t seem to be any way to get them to plan ahead. I tried calling ahead, emailing ahead, but when I showed up, even after making appointments, they wouldn’t have all the replacement parts I needed, requiring repeat visits. The final time I asked if they could mail me the replacement parts, so they sent me a form so they could bill my insurance directly, but never sent me the parts. When I e-mailed and called to try to get them to ship the parts I needed, they insisted they already did, since I signed the form, and when I started to complain, they just hung up on me. Not once, but three times. This frustration and insulting behavior was actually reversing the life-saving effects of the CPAP machine, so I took my business elsewhere. I’m not basing this negative review on just one brief experience, but rather the full two years I was foolishly a continuing customer. I stuck with them so long because they were recommended to me by the sleep center where I was originally diagnosed with sleep apnea. When I called the sleep study clinic to report to them the unsatisfactory customer service I encountered at this Snore No More place, I was told that they got a lot of complaints about them(!), and explained that I must have misunderstood as they didn’t «recommend» specific medical supply stores but rather just«referred» patients to suppliers who were«listed by patient insurance companies as in-house.» I got no official comment on the matter from my insurance company, but they are investigating the store.
