I generally get my gas here because it’s the closest spot to our house. That said, this gas station really sucks! It’s a small, cramped lot and often crowded. The pumps are some of the slowest I’ve ever encountered, which exacerbates the crowding issue. The«store» is tiny and more than a little grubby. Also, if you block a pump because you have to run inside to get a gallon sized Slurpee and some Skoal, you’re an asshole.

This is a decent little speedway. It is not huge but they try to pack it in there. It is a couple of blocks away my home so maybe I’m a little biased. There sometimes is a line in the store but they do their best to clear it out.

The only thing this Speedway has going for it is its location, only a few blocks from my house. I’ve noticed that they bill themselves as a «County Kitchen.» Are you serious, really? Not only are they as far away from the«country» as you can be in Milwaukee, their idea of a «kitchen» is three coffee pots, a minuscule bakery case, and a weenie carousel. This place is 10 pounds of gas station stuffed into a 5 pound bag. There are only 5 parking spots for cars that are not filling up and 12 at the pumps. This place is always crowded, however the options to fill up around here are either more expensive or in a significantly sketchier neighborhoods. Gas stations are the Walgreen’s of the automotive world; no body likes them, everybody needs them, but they can’t be avoided.
