John delivers the best Flat White in a 5 state radius. I dare you to find a better one! Ladies — he’s single!!!

Excellent. Great vibe — except between 3 & 5 pm on school nights. Then the place is crawling with teens and it gets noisy as hell. Another frustration is the lack of knowing when your beverage is ready. No names are taken, and you’re just supposed to sort of hope someone doesn’t take your order! Many people also come in only for the wifi and don’t even order anything, spending hours there. What’s up with that? Is this a business or a charity?

Come here quite often. And it’s usually at the last minute before I have to be somewhere. The ppl are nice and the staff is quick with service… I usually get some of the same things, but think I’ll try the mocha coconut over ice

I prefer this Starbucks over most others given its location and attraction to med students like myself. Pretty nice seating, I always seem to find somewhere to sit no matter what time I come in. Its a pretty nice sized starbucks, not cramped and has outdoor seating in a very nice area. Drinks are all the same, very tastey and bad for you haha. The adjacent parking lot is 60mins only and be careful because there is a guy who sits out there and watches your car: he does not hesitate to call a tow truck trust me! At any rate there is free parking across the street FOR THE ENTIRE DAY if you need to study for hours on end which the staff does not mind. Im slowly getting familiar to them all and they are a pretty great bunch of employees. The only drawback on this particular location is that its located near a high school, which as you can imagine draws in a younger, louder and slightly more annoying crowd… brings me back to my high-​school days. Other than that I love this location!

This is a busy Starbucks! All the old and young come to this Tosa location. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees. It’s a Starbucks in a suburb. Nothing bad there. I love the option of the outdoor seating and the fireplace/​couch area on the far side.
However, my strife is really with the wall plugs. Ya’ll gotta do something about them! They are old and wiry — my Mac charger falls out constantly because the wall plugs are practically broken. I also recommend having more floor plugs by the long table in the front of the shop. I know they get really busy and people love loitering — lots of students and such (like myself). It also gets super crumby on the tables and such because it’s so busy. I understand they are swamped often so cleaning is probably not on their list of priorities.
Even though there’s a weird parking attendant keeping tabs on how long cars have been there, I still enjoy frequenting this location because it’s close. However, I would be wary of the dude with a clipboard in the parking lot giving out fake parking warning tickets.

The ladies that work here rock! They are fun and efficient– even during the crazy week day morning rush. Wish it was a drive thru as I truly despise the parking lot.

We came here one night for a hot coffee and the service was so subpar, the girl who rang us up seemed annoyed that she had to stop talking to her friend and do her job.
I had my phone ready to scan my card and she just pointed at the scanner-​which was not exactly visible from my side of the counter-​and was the laziest cashier I’ve seen.
It’s not very often that I have bad service at Starbucks, but this place sticks out in my mind as one of the worst!
Plus-it’s not like we came in one minute to closing, the place was open for at least another hour!

I like Starbucks for the same reason you like to wear those gym shorts that you’ve had for the past 10 years. Sure, you could probably go out and get something better, but why bother. You know what you’ve got and you know it works. And besides, I like that I know how to say my drink order now.

The coffee is good here but the wife likes to use old coffee grounds for the gardens around the house this Starbucks told her she would have to order them a day before the others have gold bags that you can just pick up no old filters in the bag here they gave her a small bag with more old filters then grounds if they don’t want to do this they should. Just say we don’t to that a waste of my. Wife’s time that means when she is upset. I am not happy if my married friends know what I mean

The one time I was here Kathy Mykleby from channel 12 was in front of me in line and acting all crazy because the barista had just started a fresh pot of coffee, and wouldn’t have any to serve for like, two minutes. She kept saying «So, you’re out of coffee? You’re OUT of COFFEE?!» This was like 5 or 6 years ago. Maybe things are different now. The service and product I received were excellent. Great job guys.

Fast and friendly service. Great chairs (and a table). Kinda cozy. Good WiFi. Close to other eateries. Only downside is usually the parking is rather tight.

Quickest and friendliest service of all the the Starbucks in the area

This location definitely has the friendliest staff of any Starbucks, or any coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Coupled with the clean atmosphere and the nice tables and couches, it is a really nice place to be. They even have a fireplace!

I like that this location is within walking distance of my home. I like that the baristas are all driendly and make decent coffee. The interior is homey. I love the fireplace. I only come here if I am desperate or have a gift card. I will usually go out of my way to get Alterra.

I’m not always a fan of corporate establishments but this place is an exception. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS! Most of the baristas have been working at that store for a long time. They actually seem to «like» what they are doing, but mostly they are great with people. They engage you in conversation and are being real about it. You know how you can tell someone just isn’t in to what your saying? Yeah, they don’t let you know it here.
My husband made this his place away from work and home. He literally was visiting this store 2 – 3 times per day. Sadly, we don’t live near there anymore, but hope to continue visiting every now and then.

This Starbucks is cool because:
1. There’s no drive-​thru so customers get the baristas undivided attention.
2. It has a fireplace.
3. Local artists are supported here. I saw a cool black and white photography exhibit from a local photographer.
4. They offer artisan breakfast sandwiches. These are my downfall and weakness.
This Starbucks is my «lazy» coffee choice. I bike here when I’m too lazy to bike the extra blocks to Stone Creek. The hill that is between State street and this Starbucks serves as my self imposed punishment for supporting corporate America.
I’m the guy ordering a short Pike Place Roast in between gasps for air.
