Poor customer service. Employees with an attitude. Not the norm from Starbucks. These employees here should take a shot of espresso for themselves not happy campers. Greeted them with a hello I get a snarl stare. Excuse me but I’m a paying customer who actually keeps people like you employed. Check yourself, it’s called customer service. I won’t stand your little attitude. Take it and come back with a smile. Unexceptable customer service. I’m so disappointed!

Terrible Starbucks. They don’t honor gold card members and iced drinks don’t have freshly brewed coffee just something out of the refrigerator. When I suggested that they tell customers that they don’t honor cards I got a blank stare and no apology. Embarrassing customer service and quality to say the very least. Go to alterra in the mall instead.

As someone who visits 1 – 2 different Starbucks around the world each day in my travel-​intensive job, I find this store to consistently be among the slowest for in-​the-​store drinks, Perhaps because of heavy drive-​thru traffic. Just now, with no one waiting in front of me, it took nearly 10 mins for my drink to come up. Long waits are not uncommon here.

This is a very small store inside Mayfair Mall. Standard Starbucks drinks and bakery. The last time I was there, they didn’t see me right away and I had to say hello to get their attention. I didn’t think anything of it, but when the manager brought out my drink, he apologized and gave me a voucher for a free drink on my next visit. This wasn’t necessary, but is very good customer service.
