Unfortunately this agency has no problem doing anything immoral to sell a house. Including blatantly lying about there being no existing defects to a home when they KNOW from an INSPECTOR that there ARE defects. I have contacted an attorney to resolve my issue, my hope now is that in posting this I can prevent the same deception I received for future home buyers and sellers.

I had an outstanding experience with Jean Stefaniak and Jackie Vitucci of Stefaniak Group Realtors, and I will be contacting them for every home purchase going forward.
