Loved living here. The area is great! Close to everything you could possibly need. The upkeep was amazing and if anything needed to be fixed, if was taken care of working hours by Tom(maintenance). Megan, the property manager, was always helpful and took care of any issues we had. Out move in and move out was flawless.

I moved into Trostel Square because I was relocated to the area for work. The staff is very friendly and they truly make it seem like home. When I moved in they offered and upgraded kitchen and bathroom at no additional charge. The upgraded apartment goes for an additional $ 105/month. I can’t say this will happen again, but it worked out nicely. The community is mainly young professionals and graduate students with some middle-aged people mixed in. Many of the people have dogs since there is a beautiful courtyard between the buildings. The parking is so convenient, whether choosing the parking lot or the underground, heated garage. The actual apartment is spacious with plenty of storage(36-foot closets and many cabinets). The bedroom was a perfect size for a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand. In the bathroom there is a stacked washer and dryer which is extremely important. Utilities and parking are additional beyond the monthly rent. You definitely get what you pay for. In the summer and winter they have parties with all you can eat and drink. This was a great way to meet the neighbors. Overall, Trostel Square was incredible nice. If I weren’t relocating out of state I would definitely continue to live here.

I have lived at Trostel Square for almost a year and just renewed my lease with a very minor rent increase. The management staff has turned over since the review from Matthew H. and the current staff are all very pleasant and easy to deal with. The location is very convenient and the property is well maintained. Service requests are dealt with promptly. A great place to live!

UPDATE — – I loved this place upon first moving in but then after one year my rental rate went up around 250 extra per month. Working with the Assistant Property Manager Cari is very enjoyable but working with the Property Manager Carolynn Banister is a NIGHTMARE. She is your typical pushy sales person who honestly thinks she is giving you«the best deal of your life». If they could get a new property manager here who is willing to work with you and be straight forward I think they would benefit quite a bit. Great for dogs though!
