I love my haircuts. However, if you want to make an appointment you have to physically go to the location as they generally do not return phone calls or they call several days later. This is incredibly frustrating. The only way to get around it is to make all appointments before you leave. But if you have to reschedule you’re screwed,. You can cancel, but not make another appointment. I think they do that because they have enough clients so they don’t need more. Or sometimes Victoria doesn’t call people back when she is too busy and doesn’t have the nerve to tell people she can’t work with them any more. I would give them a zero for service and a 4 for the haircut and the price.
