2nd time cleaning carpet. I scheduled service with Lisa for previous residence in Racine, WI, based on a solicited phone call from them. Agreed to contract service ONLY if the previous service were discounted. Upon the two cleaners showing up to clean the carpet, the foreman for the job badgered me and refused to honor my previously agreed upon rate(done so with Lisa). Attempted to call the service center — waited on hold for 15″. Nobody picked up. left two messages. Needed to get carpets done for moveout; no option. Spoke with«manager» after multiple attempts; he dened that Lisa agreed to a different price. Additionally, when they left, they accidentally dumped a large volume of dirty solution in the garage, which due to the weather(below freezing), the liquid froze immediately. Insult to injury. As far as the actual carpet cleaning went — it was completed to minimum standars.

Had the worst experience. Classic case of bait and switch. I explained what I needed on the phone, was quoted a price(rep Ryan never said price could change depending on area) and when they got here the price immediately changed to $ 50 more. I explained what the guy on the phone told me and I was told something completely different by the actual carpet cleaner. Then the person I originally talked to called to argue with me about what he quoted me and basically told me I was a liar. I ended up letting the guy clean the carpets because it wasn’t his fault but then never received a receipt. When I called about it I had them resend it twice. After finally receiving the receipt I realized I had been charged something different then the final price we talked about. I spoke with John(the sales manager) who once again, basically called me a liar and spoke down to me. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I do not believe the customer is always right BUT I do believe a company needs to take responsibility for their mistakes. I was supposed to be refunded some money and I haven’t seen it yet. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I feel like I was hustled.
