Wonderful place! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it. Our one bedroom apartment is spacious enough for the both of us and it comes with dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. The office manager Sarah is very friendly and helpful. They even provide fax or copies if you need that type of thing. The maintenance crew is also friendly and they seem to know what they’re doing. The grounds are kept up very nicely as well as the pool and spa area. They also allow dogs and cats for an extra deposit. It’s in a safe and scenic area between Happy Valley and Milwaukie. We are happy to call this place home. The only con I can think of is their waste water fee is high and something that’s completely out of the renter’s control. Other than that, you’d be lucky to call this place home.
