The employee saw me waking in with an Amazon box, and he met me at the door. He knew it was prepaid, and offered to take it off my hands. Couldn’t ask for more than instant service.

I have been a customer here for a good 10 years — as many of the locations here in the strip mall. I have been through 2 owners of this establishment and though the newer owners are nice, I do miss the old owners.
The rates were given a pretty good bump in recent years so I don’t use the service nearly as much as I used to use it. I was nearly a daily shipper but now not nearly as frequent as just driving a mile down the road to the post office I spend 50% less to ship, however sometimes the lines at the post office are insanely long.
The service is pretty solid at the UPS Store and the staff helpful and friendly, you bl just pay for the convenience.
