Got a king jacuzzi suite unknowingly and got excited when my wife and I seen it. Got the water ready and we see about 8 pubic hairs circulating in the water. The water was also dirty from past residue and had a bad odor coming from the drain. There were no towels at all and I also had to get remote for the tv from the front desk. If anyone is looking for a job, I’m sure they are hiring because their housekeeping dept is nonexistent. Also if you want the coffee they provide, you need to bring your own coffee pot. The one star is for the comfy bed.

Stumbled across this hotel after finding out all reasonable hotels in Monroe were booked up. Needed a place to rest the family for the night before continuing our travels. Room was clean and fresh smelling. The beds were very comfortable. Not much in Minden but this Best Western is a good place to take a break from the road. Staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite. It was very nice but had a strange odor but probably because their was no air circulation. Front desk was super friendly and accommodating. It was quiet and comfortable!

Clean and nice rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast, coffee is horrible, but the bananas and muffins are acceptable. They have laundry ($ 2.00-wash; $ 2.00-dry), ice, snack, soda machines. There is a gas station next door and I-20 is a hop and skip away. As for Minden, there is nothing to eat in this town, but fast food. I cannot speak to the cost per night as my company paid for the room.
