Traveling on I-​20 from Texas to Alabama our vehicle’s alternator went out near Minden, La. We exited quickly to the Ford dealership and arrived just as our Ford Explorer died in their «service» parking lot. Convenient, right? NOT! Not one person offered to help, look, charge battery or anything. They told us maybe we can check it out tomorrow. So we called Potter’s City Garage and without hesitation he accommodated us and repaired our vehicle and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Very speedy, courteous, and fair priced service. My daughter and I highly recommend Potter’s City Garage for any auto repair you may need in the Minden area.
