Dunkin’ Donuts

Don’t get iced green tea here. It’s not the right color and then the staff will have an argument with you about how it’s fine. I, the customer, am telling you that it’s not. Not only was it WAY too dark and not the right color, but there was also only two ice cubes in it and it was warm. Seriously! By the time I got to my friend’s house, less than five minutes away, there was no ice in my iced beverage. The only reason why I am giving them two stars instead of one is because at least one of the women was nice enough to try to make the beverage over when I complained about it not being a green tea. Granted it was still completely wrong again, but at least the sentiment was there.

Always fresh. Always consistent! All around, I have never been disappointed! They make the donuts at this location for all their other stores. I’m slightly biased because I worked here as my first job when they first opened 12 years ago. However, compared to the DD in nyc, these guys are always on point… even 12 years later!

Outstanding. This Dunkin’ Donuts honored a coupon for ¹⁄₂₆ one day after a blizzard after the one nearby on Hillside Avenue would not. I mean, come on. I went in on ¹⁄₂₇ and was told at the one on Hillside Avenue, «No, this coupon is only valid for yesterday.» I said there was a BLIZZARD and asked to speak with the manager. «He just left.» I said that’s a shame because I was going to buy a dozen donuts: «I don’t care.» I will not return to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Hillside Avenue. I went to this one on 265 East Jericho Turnpike in Mineola (516−739−2503), they accepted the coupon, and I purchased a dozen donuts from the friendly, hard-​working, accommodating staff. I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that did not serve «fresh» coffee, and I will get mine here when I am in town.

Not much to say… It’s donuts, but the twist here is that they supply other stores so the stock is always fresh!
I especially like the team here. They are very friendly and greet you with a smile and a «how may I help you.»

I went around 7:30/8 in the morning on my way to work and I was so blessed not to run into a big morning crowd like the DD I would normally go to gets. I was in and out quick and my drink was hot, my bagel toasty, and there was a great view of the food prep area so I know no funny business is going on during the food handling process, that’s always important to me.
When I get coffee in the morning I prefer to go into the store, especially because there’s a drive-​through Dunkin’ Donuts a mile west that has a drive-​through and it’s the line for that is horrendous. I bypass all that insanity. Nice parking lot but somewhat difficult to pull back onto Jericho if there’s a car or truck parked in front there is very limited visibility. Be careful not to spill your coffee when you have to stop short!

I tried to give this dunkin doughnuts a chance but every time I go there
they mess up my order I mean every time.
will never go back they need a new manager or someone that really
cares about their job.
PS there is one cheerful person there I call him Fes. he is new but always smiling. and working hard.
