Ask For the Moon Events

Maddie is absolutely incredible. Our personal trainer is a friend of hers and recommended her to us — we could not be more thankful! We did her day-​of coordination services, which includes month-​of coordination with your vendors and planning e-​mails/​phone calls. Maddie was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. The month of our wedding was completely worry-​free because we knew that Maddie had it all under control. Our last meeting with our venue I think would have been particularly stressful without her. The venue and the caterer were throwing around so many details — dates and times and locations and other vendors. But we didn’t have to worry about any of it, because Maddie was on top of things.
On the day of, she executed everything PERFECTLY! She put out all of our decorations and made the venue absolutely stunning. Every problem throughout the day, big or small, she and her assistant Megan had it solved within 45 seconds.
We truly couldn’t have done it without her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. It was by far the best money we spent!

Maddie with Ask for the Moon Events was such a joy to work with! We hired AFTM for the day of coordination, for our summer wedding, and we were nothing but impressed. I feel like I got a lot of value for what we paid and I won’t even imagine what it would have been like without her on our team.
When you meet Maddie she is the kind of organized and calm that puts a soon to be bride at ease. She made everyone feel relaxed and confident leading up to and on the day of the wedding. She reached out to the vendors before I even had a chance to and handled all the small problems that would have added to the stress of the day. Myself, my family, and my bridal party got to really enjoy the full day because Maddie was so prompt and prepared.
I can’t recommend Ask For the Moon Events enough! I will definitely be using them for any events that I have in the future.

Ask For the Moon Events is wonderful! Maddie saved me after I had a crisis with my venue. She has the warmest, most calming personality, and even though I had only hired her for Day-​Of Coordination, she was more than happy to take my calls and talk to me whenever I was feeling panicked or stressed, and even attend vendor meetings with me. She is just so fantastic, and such a godsend, I really can’t say enough good things. She goes above and beyond, and is more than just a professional, she makes it feel like you are working with a friend.
