Well, I have been a Best Buy Customer for 25 years and bought all my big purchases through them year in and year out. TV’s, appliances, sound systems etc.
My last purchase of a Denon Heos Home Theatre system was supposed to be another great purchase from my local Best Buy but everything has gone sour. My home theater sales person Cam highly recommended the Denon Heos system for music and said this is a great speaker system. I have had nothing but problems with it, I returned a speaker after the first 2 weeks because of issues and tried to return the rest of them 8 weeks later but they wouldn’t take them back. He did offer to give me 40% off a new set of Sonos Speakers which he said were way better, HUH??? The speaker system continues to give me issues to this day and frustrating that I spent so much $$.
Anyway, they lost a customer for life, I will never buy from BEST BUY again.
