I had my first experience at BodyBrite yesterday and it was everything I’d hoped for! After being self conscious about the color of my teeth for years and using those awful whitening strips, I have a smile that’s 7 shades whiter after just one session! I’d never had a professional whitening experience but the service and attention I received cannot be matched. It was quick, comfortable and clean. I can’t believe the results, I feel like a new woman and will be recommending BodyBrite to all my friends and family!

I’ve been through 3 treatments now and I am happy with the results I have seen! I look forward to seeing the finished results. Very professional and helpful!

Being completely honest: I’m not sure this works, but I keep coming. I always leave with ‘less’ noticeable hair, but I’ve been there over the summers for the last 2 years and I still need to go. damn you hair.
I’ve always had great service though. Nothing to complain about there, plus pricing seems to have stayed constant. Hit up the check-​on deal for 5 dollars off.

I have been going to Body Bright for over a year now after having bought a Living Social. I have pretty much always been happy going and had great results! :)

This company seems a bit unorganized. I bought a Living Social deal for 3 sessions $ 73. Before I bought the deal I called and spoke to the owner Emmanuelle H. asking if the deal covered a full Brazilian and she said YES. After the first full treatment I was asked to pay $ 49 for an extra zone. No one told me the Brazilian was a two zone session. Since I didn’t have much hair I was honored a bikini with extra touch ups for all three sessions. I left thinking that was excellent customer service! When I went in for my 2^nd session I was told I had to pay for the extra zone AGAIN… I had to request Emmanuelle to read the notes on my file and told her I was being honored all three sessions as a bikini since I don’t have much hair. After a short discussion she honored the bikini with extra touch ups only for this session and said that she doesn’t give away free sessions. That just made me feel bad like I was trying to take advantage of the business. Next session I will have to make sure only one zone is used because I don’t want to go through this every time I come in. Overall I am pleased with the results. The technicians who serviced me were great and made the experience as comfortable as they could while my hair was being lazered off. I’m a bit annoyed/​confused but mostly disappointed with the customer service. Just be careful you cover all your bases and ask all your questions before you buy any deals from them through other sites in the future. Gluck!

I had an excellent experience at BodyBrite! The employees were incredibly kind and welcoming and were helpful in answering all of my questions. My hair removal session was quick, easy, and not at all awkward or uncomfortable. So far I’ve only been in for one session and have already noticed positive results! I’ll be back soon for more. The staff are nice, but this place is unorganized and more of a hassle than it’s worth. They won’t treat you unless you first have a consultation appointment, regardless of whether you’ve previously had hair removal. The woman I had my consultation with said I could book online for my first appointment, which I did. Apparently they have issues reconciling their online system with their patient records, because I got a call from them telling me I first needed a consult, even though I had just had one a few days ago, and then they wouldn’t let me off the phone when I told them it wasn’t a good time for me to talk, because they had to find out all the details about my consult. You’d think they would have that in their records. The next day when I went in for my appointment, they again thought I hadn’t had a consult. It was clear from my technicians comments that the woman I had the consult with had added some notes that were incorrect. And then when I paid, they didn’t know how to print a credit card receipt for me.

I’ve been so pleased with my hair removal results at Bodybrite. I’m a bit of a groupon/​crowd cut/​living social fanatic so I purchased a couple of hair removal packages while there was a promotion being run. One place uses traditional laser hair removal techniques, and the other is Bodybrite where they use IPL. My results have been so much better at Bodybrite than at «the other place». The staff and the service is much better too.

Clean, knowledgeable staff, painless treatment.
So affordable and just a few weeks after my first underarm treatment, I notice a huge difference in hair growth. I can’t wait to start treatments on my legs and bikini area too.
