If I could give these apartment complexes less I would. Elliott colfax properties manages a few complexes in the metro area ran by two elderly men.
When I moved in I had to pay my first months rent and deposit with cash which was odd. Then I moved in and realized everything was filthy. It took three months for them to repair what I asked and the front door to the complex is always unlocked as it is broken. I’ve gotten mail stolen from the complex and the owners blame it on the open door which they say is «fixed.»
The apartments are cheap but not worth your time.
