I had the lamb wrap. The food is delicious and you can get anything that you want without extra charge. Staff was patient as it was my first time and was helpful in explaining what everything was. Affordable, and the dining area was cleaned quickly.

I go here often. Love the chicken quesadillas and they are served with a white sauce and priced fairly. Staff is upbeat and personable. Lines look intimidating but move quickly as there is a separate salad line many people don’t realize at first

This place is sort of tacked away in between on the skyway and the sushi place. I like the taste of their lamb and chicken but it’s uniformity kinda of scares me. Its quite overprocesed. The kabob bowl is quite nice, you can get tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, yogurt sauce and jalapeños. But it’s get quite boring because you can’t add /subtract anything else. During lunch hour this place can be a mad house. If you go early it’s better and you sort of have to quick and on top otherwise you might end up with few ingredients you didn’t want in your kabob bowl.

I had the Good To Go Lamb Kabob bowl today, and I must say very worth the price! My coworkers showed up with Chipotle, but having had the spicy sauce they add along with cucumbers, beans, rice, tomato, and other veggies, it was fantastic and not as heavy. If you haven’t tried this place, I’d recommend going.

I have been here a few times now. I started out ordering the chicken kabob wrap. While the rice and vegetables seem very fresh, I dislike the chicken. I can’t quite describe what it is, but I think it has to do with the uniformity– it seems very processed. I like the salad and vegetable panini options.

You know how you remember something so fondly and then are just super bummed when you go back and it’s not NEARLY what you remembered? Yeah, that’s how I feel right now about this place. I switched jobs and was away for about a year, and then came back to work in my previous building. Went and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad today(which I previously LOVED and ordered often), and it was AWFUL. Actually… inedible. The chicken pieces were no longer fried, but grilled(which I could live with if the rest wasn’t so gross). There was WAY too much of the buffalo sauce on the salad, it was almost soupy! And I don’t know if they changed the recipe of their buffalo sauce, or if it was that there was just so freakin’ much of it, but WOW it was nasty. It was so sour I couldn’t eat it. Couldn’t taste the blue cheese dressing ATALL. The tomatoes were practically white — it’s summer now. No excuses for crappy tomatoes! They were out of butter for the bread. So bummed. Guess I have to find a new ‘go to’… :(

What the heck is that strange formed so called«meat» tube that they put into their Kabob wraps? It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen that I wonder why a human being would ever eat that, it looked disgusting. I wouldn’t even serve it to my dog. After looking at meat tube sitting in some water bath. I decided to pass on ordering the Kabob wrap and just ordered the Grilled Chicken panini, it wasn’t very good and very bland the Grilled Chicken had no flavor and all they put on the sandwich was a tomato and mozzarella cheese that also lacked flavor. They needed some sort of dressing to include to give it some zip. The bland sandwich costs $ 7 and I would not recommend coming here again.

$ 19 for a couple of meat tubes in a tortilla with minimal toppings, a bowl of soup, a water, a pop and a bag of chips. The meat is some extruded lingam of colored«meat», the staff was densely packed and running into each other and either couldn’t hear me or couldn’t understand me… maybe both; the extra meat is half as much as a full sandwich/wrap and was completely tasteless. I had the chicken and the lamb in the same wrap and couldn’t tell the difference. This place is a train wreck and a costly one at that. Go to Chipotle, they may not be great, but at least you get a sandwich with some substance and FLAVOR.

Great place for good fresh food in the skyway. The buffalo chicken salad is great. I have had several of the wraps that they offer too and have enjoyed all of them. Be sure to get there before noon if you want to get a spot to sit down or don’t want to wait in line. This is usually a weekly stop for me.

This place is good. The menu here is exhaustive with many useless items which no one generally cares about. Based on my observation, I think around 60% people order kabob bow/wraps and 30% people order salad. I will review the wraps/bowl. The wait time for quesadillas is generally high– so be warned. You need to choose whether you want wrap or bowl. I prefer the bowl as it is way more easier to eat– the wraps have open bottoms. The wrap is around $ 6.50 and the bowl is $ 7.25 if I recall correctly. You need to choose your meat for the wrap/bowl. They have several options for meat– chicken, lamb etc. I have found their lamb meat to be consistently great. Once your meat is chosen, you need to ask for other ingredients, they have several options like rice, beans, cilantro, jalapenos, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, spinach etc. They have a pre-diced mixed of everything– which sucks. I prefer adding ingredients individually so that I can control the mix. They have a white sauce which is just amazing– it seems it is yogurt based. The relative placement of the wrap station and salad station is weird. The salad station starts where the wrap ends. It slightly complicates the queue structure. The spoons they have suck. It is soup spoon– too deep for rice based food– they should start carrying normal spoons. They have a nice and clean eating area. The tables are very close to each other but I guess it is fine. Overall, very fresh and tasty food with little wait time.

I’d say this place could be a 3 star if it weren’t’ for the pressed/chopped meat product that they serve as chicken. At first I was just thinking it was tofu or chicken processed like gyro meat, but sadly I was mistaken. The strange spongy texture and off flavor really threw me; it was like the inside of a processed«chicken» patty. All of the other ingredients were fresh and good. I had a bowl with rice, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and a white sauce. I really can’t understand why they would sell such low quality meat?!

I mostly stick to the kabob bowl with the afore-mentioned funky meat slab. I like the bowl since I can get the great toppings without making a mess of myself. The one time I tried just the wrap disappointed that it came on a burrito shell rather than flat bread. The shell was just sort of wrapped around everything and cut in half. No real effort to wrap it to keep meat and toppings inside. They’ve sort of fell out of my rotation since the bowls are good, but with so few topping choices(cukes, jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, parsley, sauce) it’s hard to get a different flavor combination going. Even if I change up the meat, the bowl tastes more or less the same. Today was kind of a one-off day where the guy making my bowl seemed to just throw it together(without my jalapenos) instead of freshly diced veggies.

I discovered this place in the skyway in the past year and despite the long walk for me, is definitely in the lunch rotation. I typically get the kabob plate, which is more or less a Mediterranean version of a burrito bowl from Chipotle. I typically get lamb and sometimes get chicken. It comes with rice, veggies, some amazing sauces, and lettuce all topped off with sliced kabob. There are a number of other things on the menu but I never get anything else. I all can say about any of the other items is that people seem to really like the salads. But I’ll stick to the kabob bowl myself, cause if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Love how fresh everything tastes and how quickly the employees move through the(sometimes gigantic) line of customers — Good to Go is filling without putting you into a food coma or bankruptcy. Their sirloin kabob wrap is my favorite downtown lunch! Only gripe — I wish that they would have their wrap station and their salad station separated. There’s always an awkward moment where I’m uncertain if the person in front of me is waiting for their salad or waiting in line to pay.

The veggi panini is my favorite but the sumac aioli sauce makes their wraps addicting… you might even get me to admit that these wraps are better than chipotle… just maybe. My only gripe is that the panini takes a bit of time to make, but it’s completely worth it and wouldn’t be this good if they rushed it.

I like this place, although I’ve fallen out of going there. The wraps are good and fresh, although it’s a little weird that the meat is all formed into this funky bar that kind of looks like the candy bar from Caddyshack that falls into the pool. I will have to go back and try some more of their offerings. The staff is friendly and the space is nice. There are much worse places in the skyway system. I will have to try their panini.

I was really looking forward to eating here after my sister gave me her recommendations about the best Skyway food for the most price-conscious of people, and I must say that I left Good To Go quite disappointed. The kabob wrap(I got the lamb wrap) was just okay, but really far from the burst of fresh flavor that I was expecting based on my sister’s description of the food served here. The woman adding toppings onto my kabob wrap didn’t even ask if I wanted tomatoes, which probably would have made a bigger difference in how much I would have enjoyed my truly bland, flavorless wrap. I understand that if you work downtown, it’s not unreasonable to spend $ 6 – 7 on a meal, but if I had known how disappointing my Good To Go meal was going to be, I would have just paid a little more for the never-ending soup bowl at Eddington’s, just steps away from Good To Go. At least I felt I was eating a semi-healthy meal.

I’ve worked downtown during the day for a very long time. We have a bajillion different skyway restaurants all serving the exact same crap. Good To Go is different. I was scared to go inside for the first year or so. I would always peer in through the glass, looking at the menu, trying to figure out if I wanted to go inside… and then kept walking. I think the name is really unappealing(for some reason reminds me of «Meal in a Cup» — remember that skyway place? yuck.). FINALLY, a friend got me to try it. My god, the place has great wraps — and I’m not a wrap fan. Their lamb wrap is amazing… the sirloin is good, chicken curry(when they have it on special)… but my favorite is the beef tenderloin wrap(again, a special) with the sauteed mushrooms and onions… so good. Now, I go once a week. I don’t think there has been a week in the last year that I haven’t been there. I guess it is a LITTLE expensive… but I think very worth it. Lunch is probably an extra $ 1 or $ 2 over the other junk you can find in the skyway… but this isn’t junk. The ONLY thing I don’t like about the place is that their old manager(who I thought was the owner until I figured out that they were owned by Atlas Grill) isn’t there anymore. I forget his name, but he MADE the place. He was so great. Very disappointed to not be able to talk to him anymore. Regardless, this place has great food.

When you are downtown and wondering the skyway, there are a lot of places to get a sandwich or a wrap so it takes a lot to standout in that crowd; Good to Go stands out and has been worth the almost 20 minute walk from the office(which is an eternity in skyway minutes since you pass a countless number of other dining establishments). They have a unique twist on the wraps that they offer which is that they are Greek-style(I cannot come up with a better word to describe it). My personal favorite is the lamb kabob wrap. This is a wrap with a big piece of lamb meat, rice, beans, and veggies. The wraps and salads are fresh and quick which is a plus for the downtown lunch rush. Sandwiches and some other specials are always available but require some waiting. As is always important: the staff is always friendly and the dinning area is very clean!

Great Mediterranean food at a fair price. The lamb wrap is scrumptious, and perfect size, garnering a generous portion of meat, rice, veggies, and yogurt sauce. Add some hot peppers for a little kick. My favorite — their chicken /greek salad can not be beat. The large is not large — more like HUGE. It has the familiar dressing with ripe olives, peppers, tomato and onion. Located in the old Pillsbury Center, a Minneapolis skyway must!
