Greg is helpful, supportive, and motivational… just check out his pictures! He consistently checks-in to see how your work out and getting-healthy goals are coming along, gives great advice, and is always available when you have a question, need a boost, or want to share the good news that you lost a few pounds. He’s an easygoing, understanding coach with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Greg to anyone who is in a slump that wants to get healthy, look good, and needs the additional motivation to meet(and surpass) your goals.
