We loved living at Loring Park Apartments and only moved out because we were moving to Boston. Amber is the best. So helpful and easy to talk to. Even our shy pup Lucy would have us go out of our way to say hi to Amber. The prices are great and the apartments are big (walk in closets hello!). SUPER dog friendly and a great mix of people in the building. The walls are thick so we basically never heard our neighbors. We miss the Loring Park Apartments!

We stayed here via airbnb. The location was great and close to bars and restaurants. The apartments have underground parking, a gym and a small shopping center with groceries and hot food. The only downside was the smell in the hallways on the first floor — it had a wet dog /​urine smell (which could of had something to do with all the snow and wet carpet)
We stayed in a studio apartment which was spacious enough for us and had a large bathroom with washer and dryer.
Ideal location — all the right amenities — nice people.

The office staff and maintenance crew at Loring Park Apts are the best! They’re friendly, funny, and very professional. It’s a great bldg for young professionals that work downtown and in the surrounding areas. The bldg is always quiet, very clean, and the neighbors are nice… and they allow dogs!!! I absolutely love living at Loring Park Apartments!
