My friend and I are from NC, and were lured over to this truck on 9÷11÷15 while we were lost and searching for a potential lunch spot in downtown Minneapolis. Their salmon tacos were out of this world: fresh, tasty… wow! The chicken in their chicken bowl was tasty and tender, as though it had been lovingly slow-​cooked. The guys on the truck were very friendly, and gave us great tips on local tourist attractions. Totally amazing – we couldn’t have asked for a better lunch.

I got the Thai Chicken Bowl. It was good: the vegetables were crunch, the chicken was very good and the green curry sauce hit all the right notes. Only issue is the beverage I bought was a different price than marked on the menu board. That sort of distraction is something no one needs during a busy lunch rush.

Holy delicious burger, Batman. Just read on their website that their meat is locally sourced!
I must admit, I’ve had troubles finding a solid burger in the skyway, and today was the first day I saw this truck out.
I can’t believe how tasty the Loud Mouth burger is — bacon, homemade mayo, grilled onions and pickles = awesome. Though they outfit chips instead of fries, at least they come at no extra charge.
Quite tasty and I’ll be stopping by again soon!
