I’ve taken Intro to Oil Painting and Intro to Digital Photography. Both of my instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and MCAD’s building provides such a cool and inspiring atmosphere for learning. Plus, at just one night a week it worked well with my schedule.
I’d highly recommend signing up for a class or even just a shorter workshop. Topics range from basic (what I’ve done) to wacky (tintype photography, anyone?), and the price is extremely fair for the quality of education.

My Grandma and I took Introduction to Book Binding together and had a lovely time. The instructor, Bridget, was kind and patient. It was great to do something creative with my weekend.
