I want to give this place more stars because the African-​American woman working the morning drive-​thru window was so incredibly friendly and sweet (and she always has this great attitude rain, snow or shine), BUT there’s another African-​American woman who works the same shift who apparently is the store’s manager (I wonder what the applicants who didn’t get the job looked and acted like) who has to be «hands down» the worst employee /​manager I have ever come across at any business establishment in my 51 years on this planet. She was extremely rude to me and confrontational and condescending to other employees. I was embarrassed for her and felt sorry for the other employees. Had her behavior been limited to one time, I could be forgiving as we all have bad days; however her «bitch brigade» marched on during 4 separate visits. I tried complaining to the district /​regional manager, Michael Kulju, but he ignored me completely. I would have preferred a «get a life» response vs. no response as it at least lets me know my complaint had been received — -rude and unprofessional, but what did I expect??? Trust me I would stop going to the restaurant, but the damn egg-​white delites are so fricken good!!! I was able to lodge a complaint with another manager at the store at a later date. The manager was receptive and appeared to be genuinely interested. And, not surprisingly, he did not seem one bit surprised about the content nor target of my complaint. Mac and Don’s Supper Club better shape up quickly or else — or else what? I’ll be back for more delicious egg-​white delites! Sad but true!

As another poster mentioned, Dominique, the manager created a hostile and unwelcoming environment.
My wife and I wound up waiting 40 minutes total to get our food due to a mistake. She was unwilling to help or understand the situation. The staff was actually friendly, but she made the experience terrible.
I have gone to this McDonald’s for years, but not worth it to be treated so terribly.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Some days it’s good, some day is bad. Place is getting worse every year with young teenage kids fighting in the area. I stop going there after a big fight broke out inside the food joint. Sometimes I even got burnt buns, didn’t notice until I got to work.

We just went through the drive thru at this McDonalds and I swear to God the 20 seconds we spent with the young man working the food service window was the best part of our entire day. I have been to a lot of drive thrus in a lot of places and this young man is a superstar. He was so fun and positive and his attitude was so infectious that my daughter wanted to know when we could go back through again to see him and our whole family talked about him the whole way home. 20 seconds and I think we’ll remember him for years to come. Whatever they are paying him it isn’t enough. I may go back and see if he’ll come work for me! The food was fine but the service was amazing!

This place messes up every order if you specialize it in anyway. Who orders a sausage bagel and gets a burger on it instead. And then when you call nobody answes the phone. This place sucks.

This McDonalds use to be great. The past few months they have been majorly screwing up. All lunch time drive-​thru complaints.
Incident 1: not sealing the cover on my pop, thrusting it forward into my car, spilling pop on me, the dashboard, and shifter. Still finding sticky spots in my car months later.
Incident 2: chick who walks up to your car to take orders got it wrong. Not a huge deal, but annoying.
Incident 3: chick who walks up to take orders moved too far back in the line causing a gap at the front of the line, which allowed other drivers to cut in line and order at the speaker.
I work in the area and fast food options are limited. Disappointed they have become so bad.

Best morning drive thru staff ever! The ladies team well and truly care about customer service and your day too!

It’s a McDonald’s with friendly employees! They have a focus to be fast and keep their customers on the go.
This is a 24 hour McDonald’s.

Bad service! My burger was rang up no meat! When I brought it to their attn, a female-​dog behind the counter ignored me 2x& ate her Skittles. Then was none too pleased when she HAD to help me, after trying to pass me off to someone else.
