Well, I was gone scrapping when the man from Oxi Fresh came. My husband said he was nice, he’d already moved everything though, but the man would’ve helped him if needed. The carpet looks wonderful and he used very little water. It’s a little crunchy, but I think that’s standard. He did two rooms, 13 stairs, landing and small hallway upstairs for a total of $ 127. We’re very satisfied.
PS– He arrived right in the time frame he said he would. We will use this service again.
