Wonderful experience here!
I sent an email with several questions about self-​protection goods and got reply soon with details. My order is peppy spray, a ZAP light and keychain alarm. They made order to another supplier since they did not carry some stuffs at that time and requested priority delivery. I received my package in two days! Amazing, and ZAP light is really fashion and looks powerful. During the process, Ulrich kept communication with me to ensure everything going well and replied my each question in time, he is very nice and patient. I would recommend to every one who feels like self-​protection stuffs.

Awesome company, contacted on thursday morning, got my device by Saturday. Was able to talk to a person on the phone who guided me through the whole process and gave great recommendations. I actually had intended on buying a more expensive version but upon listening to my requirements Ulrich helped me pick a more suitable model that actually was cheaper. A company that cares about what’s best for it’s customers and not just a bigger sale is rare and I’ll definitely be purchasing again.
