I agree with Ben D. This is the most unprofessional Subway I have ever seen. The sandwich makers just plain don’t listen to orders and quite obviously do not care, and it’s pretty obvious that they make fun of the customers in Spanish. I know that working at Subway probably sucks and I hate to criticize fast food service, but these folks are just plain nasty. Go to the Subway in the Fifth Street Towers instead, where some friendly, efficient guys will make you exactly what you want.

I have absolutely HADIT with shoddy customer service. Look ladies, I work in customer service in BOTH of my job functions, and I can tell you. In any other position you may want to work in the future, yelling in spanish across a restaurant, laughing at all your little jokes(which understanding basic spanish I know is usually about customers in line), etc. But when I ask you for something on my sandwich, that I am paying for, that pays YOUR paycheck, shut the hell up and do it. I don’t understand how it could possibly be that difficult to put together a sandwich! Why is it so hard to follow simple instructions to assemble 8 ingredients on a long piece of bread and then cut it in half?! I’m tired of you getting my order wrong EVERYSINGLETIME I COMEIN, when I am standing in front of you telling you to or not to put something on my sandwich and you care so little you just fold it up and throw it in a bag. Screw this Subway, there are a few others in the downtown zone that actually know how to treat customers, and they make my sandwich right everytime. I will NEVER be back to this one. Not until they re-staff it or retrain the employees. Oh and a note to the manager: It’s great to be bilingual, so your employees SERIOUSLY need to watch what they are saying behind the counter. Totally inappropriate.

DONOTGOHERE. The worst mistake of my gastronomic life was made by going to this Subway. I grabbed a chicken BLT sandwich one day after work. When I ordered, I saw the«Sandwich Artist» take a chicken, but then a coworker tapped her arm, she threw that one away, and reached for the next one in the pile. I should’ve paid closer attention to that little exchange, but I didn’t. That night around 2am, I fell ill with a severity of sickness I have never before experienced. I was in bed for THREE days with cold sweats, unable to eat anything, throwing up(and worse), and a fever. It was not like any food poisning I’ve had before that clears your system after it’s worked out, I was in severe pain and wanted to die. I have no idea what goes on there, but I will never visit another Subway as long as I live — even the smell of passing a Subway makes me want to vomit.
