The store is little, but they have a lot of products, but unlike Spencer’s it doesn’t have more ‘funny’ stuff. We went shopping there because of a wedding coming up, and the other shoppers in the store were also there for wedding lingerie. They have a good selection, and a lot of their stuff(but not all) comes in larger sizes, which is refreshing. Not too pricey and the worker was very friendly!

Super reasonable prices and EXCELLENT customer service. I’m a new dancer and she was full of advice and helped me find what I need without being pushy at all.

My girlfriend and I went here a little while back to purchase some outfits for a club event we were going to, the theme being ‘Hot As Hell’. The club actually recommended Venus Unveiled at the top of the list for places to purchase from, and it was nearby, so we went to go check it out. One of the partners, Marvin, was incredibly nice and helpful, with suggestions of what to get and trending styles going on. We found out that he was actually in the process of setting up a booth at the club we were going to to help sell product there, so he had a great idea of what other styles we would be seeing. Everything my girlfriend wanted was in stock, but I was a little lost on what I should be wearing — no worries, Marvin was able to help me out and guide me to a nearby shop that would have a selection of clothes that would suit me. I was also able to get some nice body jewelry at Venus Unveiled at a great price. While their selection online did seem plentiful, we were of the mind to want to try some stuff on before buying, and were so glad we did. When we got to the club, we dropped by the booth so we could chat with Marvin again, see what selection they had there, and show off what we had. It was really nice having a friendly face there! I was very happy with the experience over-all, Marvin was awesome, and the store was nice and clean. When we’re in the need for more outfits, we’ll be coming back!

Stopped in here with the roommate. I found a GroupOn for a pole dancing fitness class(clothed! haha. It’s just a unique workout) and bought it for her so she could try something new for a workout(shes danced all her life in all styles, and likes trying new dance classes). The workout studio said you should go to Venus Unveiled for all your«stripper gear». So we were in there to buy shoes. It’s a super small place with a few racks of clothes and shoes, and then a super small adult toys area. We had looked up a few pairs she liked on their website before going down, but found that the in-store selection is much smaller than what they carry on-line. We didn’t order on-line because she wanted to try the shoes on in person. They must just order that expanded selection stuff as one-off’s when an invoice comes in from their website. she found another pair she really liked while she was at the store, but they didn’t carry her size(knocking them down a star for this — I understand the business case for this and that you don’t want to carry a ton of inventory, but we couldn’t try any of the pairs she really wanted). The salesperson was helpful with the class needs in mind and recommended a shoe with an ankle strap for a beginner, but the selection for shoes with ankle straps was really, really limited. I feel like if a workout studio is going to be sending business your way, maybe you could have a couple of beginner options available. She did offer to give us a discount though since she knew the class instructor, and that was super nice of them to do. The shoes were also pretty reasonably priced($ 50ish dollars) We were also supposed to pick up some kind of stripper glue. Haha. I don’t know what it’s really called. It’s some kind of hand lotion that keeps your hands dry so you aren’t slipping on the poll. Like a liquid gymnastic chalk. Whatever it is, they didn’t have that in stock either, but the salesperson offered to order it for us if we could find out the brand and name of the product. She said they’d start carrying it if we could find out what it was. That was cool of them to offer. It was a decent shopping trip and she got some shoes that will probably work well in her class. It was an interesting outing and we had a good time, and I think we’re going back there for a dance outfit in a few weeks.
