Ok, I really like this place, but the last 3 – 4 times that I’ve been here within this month alone, they have been making our smoothies pretty runny… so, I don’t know if they’re always running low on ice, or their employees are new and don’t know how to make them correctly, or management tells them to make the smoothies runny… I really don’t know what the deal is. I just let it slide the last few times, but golly! You pay almost $ 6 for an order per person, and you can’t fully enjoy it. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to fully enjoy your smoothie, is it?

Went yesterday to have the new fresh organic juice. Guy at register was very helpful and sweet. Drink came out right away. Love all the new menu items and new cold pressed juices available.

This location is the only location that NEVER fills up your cup to the top, if I wanted a small I wouldn’t have paid for a medium.

This store is a disaster! The poor girl making the smoothies had no clue what she was doing. The first drink came out on time but the cup wasn’t filled up. She was pouring smoothies into cups and then dumping them back and pouring other smoothies into the same cup. Then the second smoothie of the order came after about 5 orders behind ours.
This store requires massive retraining and re-​staffing ASAP!

The smoothies are always amazing. Too bad the awful customer service by Melissa– an employee working tonight– who left a lasting negative impression. A good attitude can go a long way, maybe you should let her know!

Not sure what the name of the guy that helped me is but he’s a complete a**hole! First I come in and him and the only other girl working there at the time were in the back and were too busy chit-​chatting that it took them a while to notice that I was there, after the guy greets me and asks what I would like a girl came from outside who apparently knew the other girl working there so both of the girls start chatting and the guy is more interested in what the girls are saying that he had to ask what I wanted three times, I order one drink and he gives me the total, I tell him I want to add another drink and the dumbass rolls his eyes and looks annoyed that I need to order something else, gives me my new total, hands me my receipt with a diva attitude and walks off! F* him and this place!

Hot day and busy place around noon. The cashier handled with a friendly smiles throughout my stay here. Our drinks requested specific ways, and they delivered the expected. Friendly staff, great-​healthy drink options!

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I went here on my lunch break because I work nearby and I will never come back. I ordered an acai bowl and when I arrived there were two people ahead of me waiting and about 3 customers after me waiting to order. All five customers left and I was still waiting. 2 more customers came and left and I was still waiting. I waited for 20 minutes! Why would they decide to give out their orders first instead of mine? Why make me wait but not anyone else. I feel so discriminated. There were two people at the cash register doing nothing! I will never come here again and I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know to never come here again!

The worst service I encountered. The place was empty when I visited this evening yet I have to acknowledge that I want to order a smoothie. The girl just continue to wash the blenders and cutting boards. I waited for like a couple minutes more and still no greeting of any kind. I told the girl that changed my mind and left.

Amazing guest service. It was a busy morning and I was running late to work so I had to leave without my energy bowl but when I called to see what I can do about my purchase they gave me a new one with no questions. They even gave me a bigger size. I work in guest service so I know how hard customers can be and I really appreciate how they handled it.

Busy location, it’s between a ton of business! Cool people, very nice and patience which you need when you deal with a busy location.
Clean and fresh in here, the location holds outside seating and just small inside. Enough for six the max!
Besides the location of this spot, everything else is on point!

I visited the store today to get a yogurt bowl. The place was packed! There was a
Young lady at the register and Chris was making all the orders. The lady was getting irritated and overwhelmed because it was so busy. The guy Chris was just handling all the orders with a smile and making the orders a little bigger to keep everyone happy! Good job Chris! Great customer service!

No greeting. No please. No thank you. No smile. Absolutely no friendly customer service here. Don’t bother, your better off going to the store and buying a naked juice for half the price.
I don’t like calling people out, but if this business wants to make improvements, they’ve got to address the problems. «Gigi» needs retraining in customer service ASAP.

The last few times I have had terrible experiences at this location. Today I had to wait 15 mins for my drink… not because it was busy but because the employees were trying to give discounts to customers after they had paid for their items and did not have their discount card. Also, when I finally did get my drink, after a 15 min wait, it was the wrong drink. I had them remake it and then they forgot the boast. By this time I had to get out because I had my wife and daughter in the car. As I was leaving the gentleman before me was walking back in. They got his order wrong also. I really have enjoyed your drinks but if they take 15 mins to make a drink and get it wrong I will start to go elsewhere.
