Chili’s

I saw that most of the guest around me were treated nicely. I repeatedly thanked my waitress for refilling my beverages for me and the children at my table and she refused to acknowledge me or engage with our table. That is what sets a great waiter aside from others, not just refilling our beverages and serving us beverages. It’st looking happy and being helpful. I don’t like rating anywhere bad based on one person. But when you see other tables being served by other wait staff with above and beyond service it makes you wonder, why is she not happy to serve us. Should she be in this place? This is the only reason I wouldn’t give this place 4 stars out of 5. It only deserves a 3 based on food the table service made me rate it lower. My girls don’t rate based on service they only know about food quality and they did the survey post dining on the table tablet. They gave neutral remarks despite the tablet we played games on. I am also rated based on service in my job that is why I find it important to treat everyone like they are family.

Not great service, food took a long time. Drinks were way too strong. I tried to do the survey at the table and I couldn’t. Receipt also didn’t print out!

I’ve been going to this Chilis since they opened, and I will never go back. I was there last night for dinner (my birthday) and ordered a steak medium well. Everyone’s food came out and my steak was bloody raw and COLD on the inside. I sent it back and 40 mins later still no steak. At this point everyone was finished eating and I didn’t want to eat alone so I flagged down a host and asked him to please cancel my order and get me a manager.
5 mins later a woman came out and shoved a sizzling plate in my face saying «here’s your steak». I told here I didn’t want it. She shoved it in front of me again and the hot plate almost burned my arm. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. She rolled her eyes at me and asked me to take the steak. I refused so she walked away, came back, and shoved the check in my face. I asked her why she was doing that to me and she rolled her eyes again and walked away. I got up and asked the host help. We finally got our bill and left. My son was crying because of the way the manager treated us. Plus, it was absolutely filthy in there.

Worst chilis ever… and ive been to a ton. Food always tastes… just old here. I dont know why. Best thing about it-​u can play games at your table… worst thing-​all the ordering and bill payment is expected to be done on these machines and every time we have gone and they have been broken! This is such an ordeal and we have asked to just avoid the machines altogether but the servers arent too bright. They seem to have forgotten how to do this basic job so they have to go get 5 of their friends to try and figure that out for 10+ minutes each time. When you want to go out to relax, this isnt ideal. I have received numerous giftcards and give them all away because I just dislike Chilis so much now because of this location! It just makes me sad

This chilis has terrible service. They don’t answer the phone for call ahead seating and every time I come they take people out of order for the a seating list. The hostess is rude and obviously management doesn’t care enough to help them. Bar service is slow, food service is slow. …better to drive to pines.

Just had the worse experience at this Chili’s restaurant. Got there with my family of 8 at 11:50 a.m. with no one in line waiting for a table. The hostess left to go clean off the table so we could sit. At 12:22 p.m., we were still waiting for the hostess to return. Two parties of 10 came after us and were seated by a waiter working the self-​seating section while we continued to wait for the hostess to return. By 12:30 p.m. we were tired of waiting and got up to leave. That was when the hostess returned. She had the audacity to tell us that she was there all along and argue with us (the customer)! As we walked out, she rudely spoke up «your choice». Seriously?! I used to LOVE this Chili’s but it has gone down the drain. I will never come back here again! Sadly the kids love this place! Guess we will have to find another one to go to.

Love the bacon ranch quesadillas and Texas cheese fries! Great food comes out hot and quick

Terrible staff and management. The waiters stand around talking and when getting their attention only makes them mad. I ordered an 8 oz steak medium rare which they under cooked and it was completely red inside. I politely asked if I could have it cooked a little bit more. A manager then approached me with attitude and said to me next time don’t order a medium rare. It was RED inside. It seems like they let anyone run the place or cook in the back. Won’t ever be coming back even if they paid me.

Let me start off by saying this is the only Chili’s that doesn’t have that weird sour smell… with that said I’ve never been a fan of Chili’s or Tgi Friday’s and dreaded eating at both but this location has started to change my mind. I decided to give them a try to try the endless enchiladas and changed my mind when I saw the menu. I ordered the combo enchilada, quesadilla and tostado all of which were good. The smoked wings lacked flavor but maybe I’m picky cause I have my own smoker and know the flavor of the chip adds flavor. Will keep you posted as I continue to sample their menu…

Had a great time with the kids, the game console provided me and my husband to enjoy our meal much better. Great invention! Also the server was very awesome, had lots of patience since we needed time to order the food. On Fridays they have a girl that makes balloons and I must say we were very impressed, from animals to mermaids and princesses for tips. Great places to be with the family

Could someone explain to me why my take out food taste different than the actual restaurant food? Or why isn’t it as fresh, I know it’s take out but hello… today our food was late so shouldn’t that mean it should be fresher if it came out late??? But no, chilies is a 4 minute drive from my house so don’t think I drive far to start eating.
All I’m saying is watch out with their take out, dine in. I’m a chilies fan, love the two for twenty and the two for one drinks. It’s a nice place to go when your not in the mood to dine all fancy. Great chain, try to dine with the waiter named Daniel colon, great guy.

Food was excellent!
We were a large party of 8 and seating wasn’t too comfortable.
Avoid the corner booth if more than 6 in your party. Other than this is was great!

I would suggest everyone to stay away from this one. Greeters are unintelligible and staff are nit witts. Food is always like warm. Ordered burger bites and they were burnt. Service is slow. Probably because we don’t drink. So stay away.

Yeah this place seems to be getting worse and worse as each time I come here. My dad wanted to go here for lunch and even though I was hugely skeptical from the last time, I said what the hell.
Luckily we were seated immediately as soon as we got in but that’s when problems started. We were waiting in our booth for a good 15 minutes before I got up to ask where the hell the servers were. Lo and behold, the BARTENDER, who was already handling 3 – 4 other customers AT THE BAR, came up and apologized and said he was the one supposed to handle our table and he’d be right with us. I’ve never worked in a restaurant before but this clearly shows how understaffed this place was. It was around 1:30−2 pm when we got here so it’s still technically lunch time and there were maybe 1 – 2 other servers that I saw handling about 6 other tables. Our bartender server himself was sweating it up with constantly moving around between people and took another 10 minutes just for us to get our silverware and then another 10 minutes for drinks.
The food itself tasted alright (my dad got the Mango Chile Chicken and I got the Smoky and Sweet Burger) but food quality here has diminished ever since they were taken over by new management and started changing up the menus.
Unfortunately, this is the only Chili’s near where I live since they closed the one on Pines Blvd. near Flamingo Rd. probably due to their recent health code violations. But I’m not liking the future of Chili’s right about now

It was friday. I was desperate with a 15month old. Where do you go? Local chili’s at 8pm. Very busy but very family oriented. Hostess was a little disorganized as i sat close to her and listened to the chaos while we waited patiently for our name to be called. I have to be honest, hubby and I only chose this place because we had a gift card, but i did notice the new technology with ordering and app device on the table as well as new menu items. I really enjoyed my presidente margarita ans my chicken nachos. And with all the other screaming children around us, my 15mo old was an angel.

It has been at least a year or more since I last visited this location. I remember it being better and getting more food with your order. I ordered the chicken fajitas and the portion was very small. I guess that is why you now get free chips and salsa so you can get full on chips. Anyway, giving it 3 stars because the service was not bad and they did change one of the TV’s so I could watch the women’s soccer game.

Horrible! Terrible service and the manager could care less when I complained. 3 lunches, water, no dessert took about 35 minutes and then when asked for napkins, was given a huge attitude like if it was a problem. Then the checks were put on the wrong tables… There went another 15 minutes trying to figure it out! I’m done with trying to give this Chili’s location a chance… It’s always a mess!!!

I have a Chili’s very close to my house but I decide to drive to this one because the service at the one by my house is absolutely horrible. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s been pretty good so far. Sure there’s been a time where I didn’t like one waitress but that’s ok everything else is a Thumbs up!

I ate at this location after not having been here since before college. Surprisingly enough Chili’s has changed for the better, they have new screens on the table that allow you to order more drinks and play games (which is good if you have kids). The menu has had a pretty good revamp, though they no longer offer chips and salsa which is pretty disappointing. But aside from that the new menu looks great and the new drinks look really good. I ordered sliders with the new pickles, which are strong but really good and a margarita which again was really good.
Service has been hit or miss here in the past, but our server was polite, friendly and fast with our order and extremely nice. Everyone at the bar was also in a good mood and rather friendly so that was an upside to what I had seen in the past there. But other than that it’s great to see this new Chili’s and this location has great staff as of recent so it made the experience great.

I like this chain of restaurants. The food is always good and the margaritas are awesome. Not bad for lunch or dinner and pretty decent to bring the family to. Can get rather hectic when there are large groups.
I don’t know why, but every Chilis I’ve ever been to, for whatever reason, causes poor cell phone reception once you’re inside the building. On top of it, they don’t have wifi for customers, so it can be a little annoying. It would be nice if corporate would actually start providing wifi for its patrons.
Anyway, the food is great and the staff is always friendly. Keep it up guys!
